You mean how to pass "Fat man sings". You need to clear the shield generators of Kingpin's men and get near the pole-like thing near the generator until X appears and keep pressing X Until Spidey picks up the pole and twists it. Then do the same for when the Symbiotes attack but you have to do it fast because they attack the generators and you fail the mission if 1 generator is destroyed.
A2:
Fist go to the bottom 2 generators. One is at one side of the building and the other one on the other side. First clear all enemies that are near the generator. Then walk into the pole and repeatedly press x. Repeat this with the other one. The go for the top one. Do same process.
