Oh you just use your spidey senses and youll find them
Change into the Black Suit and press LT long enough until the screen turns sort of black. You need to do it while on the ground, on the buildings it will work but you won't find any symbiotes.

I decided to get them all wrong for black points
Destroy all the sybiot minions and pods first, they give him invincibility.
Just keep folling him and pounding him, he has to get to s sertain point before he starts loosing life.
You must beat him up till he's eating those humains then let him regain his energy until you get back to were you guys met then fight and its over
U have to kill the plant things that turn humans into symbiots
I hade the black costume and I hade to blockt all of he's moves and canterd he's moves
Its actually an optional mission so your dont have to get them but if you want them just beat up any type of symbonite and at one point it will give you the symbonite sample of the one you just defeted it takes a while thats what I did -Answer by:xboxfan101
Really? First symbiote I defeated it gave me a sample
Ya you have to defe-well um in the game it tells you its on the top screen it says fight diffrent types of symbiotes to get the samples.

Smash all the pods, then go after him. Don't attack him while he's recharging, it will hurt you. Try to beat the rechargers. If he brings back the pods, Destroy them and finish him off.

Its easy spider man only have to costumes the black suit(simbyote) and red and blue suit, but if you want the other costumes of spider man like carnage and so you can only find it in wii.

Enter ieatyourbrains just like that in the cheat menu but beat the game first
First change to black suit lock on to one of them get far enough to throw a car so they won't hit you with their missils then press an hold b, or you can just press the y button for web strike a lot of times and then use speacial moves.
As black suit press (B)

Turn black and press B at the side of a car.
You need to change into the Black Suit and press B while near a car to throw them at the robots.

Like I said on another question you just beat up any symbonite you want the sample of and you dont pick them up you get it automaticly but it takes a while its good to get a list and cross them off thats what I did oh I almost forgot its an OPTIONAL MISSION so your not obliged to complete it -Answer by:xboxfan101

Thats a wii special you can only play with diferent costumes on wii version to the other versions you can play only with black and red suit

I need Help! How do you defeat Symbiote Vulture. I've tried web-striking to him but the vulturelings get in the way. they're too many. I even tried taking out the pods using both good spidey and symbiote spidey, but to no avail. help.?

In my opinion there is no cheat menu on xbox360... maybe on ps3 or pc....

There is no cheat menu. The only cheat available is to beat the game once through, then let the credits play all the way to the end. Then at the start menu, select "continue" and you can start the game from the beginning with all of your previous upgrades.

First of all you have to complete the game, then go through all the credits, then you go to the game you beat and select continue. It will be in the options menu. 3 cheats you can use r:
