It's kinda tricky to get there, but I believe you have to go through one of the nearby metro stations just to the west of Takoma. Once you get there, there will be a few super mutants to take care of, then follow the street all the way left until you get to a house you can pass through. Once you get through it, you go down a hill and you're there.

No but the broken steel dlc has a perk that raises it to 9
If you have the broken steel DLC and have not found any of the bobble heads. choose "almost perfect" as a perk to raise all you attributes to 9 then find the rest of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobble heads to raise your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes by 1 to achieve 10. Enjoy!

Go to the bakery
You have to go to the Museum of Technology to one of the terminals in the lobby area. You should then be able to start the quest called "Jiggs' Loot". You will then have to enter a few correct passwords into a few other terminals in the museum. Then after you enter the last one correctly, you should be given a password for something. Finally go to Jury Street Metro in the diner and there should be a dead body holding the Xualong Assault Rifle.
You need to go to the Museum of Technology and there will be 3 terminals and 3 answers below:

No if you wait a couple days and then go back everyone should be back to normal.

Well what I did was I left them in my hotel and finish the mission quick because its 72 hours before they go on their own if they don't see you (72 hours fallout time) so if you glitched them like I did you would have to kill one of the characters to start the process with one character short.

Something similar happened to me. It's weird but once you go into tranquility lane, Charon is basically just waiting outside the simulator thingy. So in order for you to get him back you have to go up to him and ask him to be your follower again.

Shadow Blades Wrong , But you need the expansion pack and you have to play the story line and you can only get Enclave corrupted ones
You need to get the Broken Steel add-on then complete the add-on. After that go to Enclave Posts with Deathclaws (with the Enclave mind control) then it will kill the Enclave soldiers and the officer (if there is one) then after that it will follow you for a short period of time then it will die no matter how much HP it has left. Terrible shotgun is in Evergreen Mills in the bazaar area. It's on the west side of the map. Alien blaster you get in a random encounter so it could happen anywhere really. Just keep your eyes and ears ready for like a missile thingy that comes outta the sky and then there will be an explosion.

Paradise Falls is a ways northwest from Big Town. Be prepared when you get there because a slave owner will not let you in until you either give him caps or capture some slaves for him.

If you're talking about the location, it's on the south border of the map and a little to the left of the center. If you're talking about the person, when you enter through the lobby, go straight ahead behind the counter to the elevator. Ride that to the suites and once you get there, it's the first door on your left. Then once you enter the room, use the door that leads to the balcony outside, and Tenpenny should be out there with a sniper rifle.
At the very top of the tower outside sniping
He is in Tenpenny tower. First when you go in the entrance door go straight jump over the desk and go in the everlator then steal the key on the left and go left to allistar tenpenny's dorm. If you kill him you gain karma and no one will attack you.

There's no exact place to find just one. They are everywhere at pretty much every location, you just have to look around. You can also buy them from a few traders, merchants, and caravan dealers.

You Need To Find Robot Company Factory ,there should be a lot there. It is located Near Ten Penny Tower
It's in the elevator on the third floor if your tryin to safe the ragers

Download broken steel then kill dog meat,you will always now have a dog and you can keep Jericho ,I hear he's useless compared to the other followers but I still keep him on my team because the more the deadlier ,any way you get the puppies perk and I recommend going to your house and saving then killing Dog meat,then immediately go get Charon and sneak then talk to the guy about the contract,then talk to Charon and there you go.
Yes you can go back to being evil, but if you leave the map because of an add-on like point lookout and you come back being evil, you will have to find Fawkes back at the museum of History. When you ask him to join you, he will say he is saddened to hear you have taken the wrong path and you will have to become good again in order to get him back. An easy way to become good again is to donate a bunch of caps to Confessor Cromwell at Megaton.

You can for a while. I did it but I think if you get Very Bad he will leave. I had bad karma the whole game (except when he came with me). But eventually he says he doesn't like my ways and leaves.

Go to a doctor, or if you have the My First Labratory in your house ( assuming you have a house) then it can heal you. Just select: Doctor, I think im addicted to something.
Rivet City is where you get the quest and I think the actual android is the Harkness guy because he is impossible to kill, he just gets knocked out.
He's the main security in rivet city but you wont beable to question him about it. you will need to ask around and speak to the old man in the broken bow in rivet becuase he changed his face and removed his memory.
The replicate man in chief harkness head of security in rivet city , but you need to find pikerman first to talk about the android , is location is in rivet city, to get there you need swim lower in the midle of the ship until you find a door in underwater
The replicet man is in Rivet City. He is Harkness, but I think you have to talk to Pinkerton first, he is far into the Broken Bow.
Rivet City. You have to talk to people before you can find him and be on the quest because he doesnt know hes an android. Talk to Dr. Zimmer then hell tell you where to start.

You need to run as fast as you can to the gate to get out as you fight your way out

Well if you saved it while their dead then your screwed.but if you didn't finish both the mission with Sydney or big trouble in big town and you just don't take sticky back to big town then you have a team again.and if you download the broken steel add-on then you will get another dog.
Go back down stairs and look for the closet its in the opposite side from the stairs there should be a robot laying down search him and he has the fisson battery.
Exactly, I just played this section of the quest and couldn't find the protectron either. My guess is to just leave the Statesman for awhile and see if you can scrounge up one somewhere. Sorry, I know this probably won't be of much help, but it's the best I got.
There should be a restaurant or cafe o something near the top with a bunch of super mutants in it. Under one of the sets of stairs there should be a room with the protectron.
He should be down the stairs on the floor
