If level 4 is Rocket Reef, you must : buid the lab, build the diner and complete the training grounds. Then build a rocket. Vic will take pictures of islands to add to your map

Finish islands the Academy and Trevors island make sure you have finished all the tasks the last task on the academy is painting where the dance is going to be and then choosing who travis should dance with. The last task on trevor's island is defeating the baron (played by trevor) in trevor's play. Hope this helps! :)

This is for the Wii game but I have both and think that you have to do is put give if you are not hitting that it's most likely a glitch
You have to complete a scroll on Robot island which gives you 'geeky' things including the computer. Once you have this then you have to connect the electrical cords from the computer to the spinning wheel in front of the gate

You have to finish the scroll " MAD SCIENTIST " to get the stuff on Rocket Reef.
First finish the compu-scroll then build a computer then connect it to the windmill

They come in useful for scrolls (although you can easily get them by jumping on sofas for a while) and they have a good exchange rate if you want to convert them to mana. Hope that helps :-D
Some of them are used for scrolls that unlock certain powers for your wand.
I'm not sure, but when you need mana, trade for Simolens! If you ever run out, you could go to Renee's Animal Preserve. While you're there, look for treasure chests and open clams. You should have many by then!
In some scrolls, you need Simoleon coins, I don't accually think you use the coins for anything really.

You go into wand mode and walk over to the gress by the docks and there should be some lines on the ground and it should list the what things he wants in his house

Choose the windmill on the right and add a gearbox to the back of it. Place two more in front of that one. Add a gear box on top of that one, and 2 more beside it going to the right. Go back to the first gear box that is on the top and add 9 gears that go to the right. Make sure they connect to the gate. Go to the 3rd gearbox and put another on top of it. Add 4 boxes all going to the right. On the last gear box place another gear box beneath it. Add 3 to that one going to the left. On the last one place another box underneath it, and then add 2 to that heading left. To the left of the last gear box place 3 more going left. On the last gear box connect 3 gears going to the gate.

You hook up the boxs (on the side of the wall) to the wind mill with gears.It should open right up if did right because the boxs will spin.

There is a scroll I got, I think in rocket reef, that gives you solar panels for 30 mana each (expensive I know!) If you have enough mana you can use em for a quick and easy way to complete quests like the cutopia one.

A1 makes no sense what angle is he even looking at.i need help on this.none of the answers give me correct understandable instructions oh where are the solar panels.
You should use the axles (or whatever they're called) to conserve mana. Then, use a gearbox, a few gears, one more gearbox, then repeat on the other side.
You Just need some ramps nd some fencing nd some small base blocks :)
You dont even have to make it as tall as possible just use the guide thingy and make sure all of the fences r up and make it as tall as possible but still be able to put the fences up? does that make sense? so you should be like three blocks high instead of four

Theres a guide thing when youre building it... you just use small blocks and ramps and fences... when youre finished you need to go up to the cat and guide her up it...

You have to get the small gear and put it on the windmill. Then put that mini light obsorber thing. then connect that to the computers. and you have to connect both of computers with the T wire.

I can help ok first of all you put those spinning gears on the thingy the steam whatever stuff and then you put a generator on it (turn till that normal circle like metal thingy is facing at the gear that spinns or just keep rotating it until it just allows you to connect it to the spinning thingy) then just keep adding those wires to the generator and (Note It allows you to put things through walls but not really solid it can go through small walls or skinny walls so dont worry) use the T cord on the first three from the left to right then you put the elbow cord thingy on the last one or just put those first before you connect it to the steam thingy

The quickest way is to use a summoning circle. You get it from a scroll. Just put it somewhere where it lets you build stuff. Then you go near it and press A when it gives you the option: Seance, or something like that. Your friends can Seance too, Buddy really likes to in my game. The more people, the faster the ghosts and voodoo dolls come out.

You must place the billboards within the grids by TOBOR's restaurant, Dr. F's open laboratory, and the rocket ride. You need to unlock the scroll named "S.C.R.O.L.L." before you can do this.
You get the bill boards from t.o.b.o.r. then you place the bill boards at thr restaurants,the lab, and the rocket launch pad and go back to t.o.b.o.r. and follow him while he goes to each bill board to put up posters and then he says your done.

I got them from weeds but only in twos
In Cowboy Junction, quickly pull two weeds and you get 2 tires, it takes a while but it works. :]
In cowboy juction the plantes that you pull out of the ground pull out to in a row and you're get to tires

Its not on candypalooza that one is the DJ version not ace attorney. U have to go to the podium in the classroom at the royal academy and give a speech a bunch till you get it. I only had to do it 2 times.

WHen I did it I found out on that on the right side it was very difficult cause it was off. SO on the left side it I easier when you can do that you can just hook the right wind mill to the crap you made to make the left one. You dont even nee to really hook up the right wall. Make sure to use the power box converter thingy.... it will come in handy with the spencer thing...=)

Easiest thing to do is use the electric motor you get from the motorin scroll and the power that with the solar panel.

Use the gear boxes hook one up to each switch and one on the wind mill than use the gears and axels to connect the gear boxes on the switches to the one on the windmill. when connected properly the light on top of the switch should turn green good luck.

I had that same problem! I just started a new account when my sister breezed right through it. I think it is just a glich in the game. you could try contacting EA and complaining.

Well I encountered the sae thing I rode the bull and I waited through the whole thing and when I went back to her she still said, "To the Bull Ride!" repeative I think this happend because you like sometimes buddy and the girl talks to the people that you need to talk to and somehow block them but I can't seem to find out the problem I just skipped it and did cowboy junktion(sorry for bad spelling) then after that I did rocket reef which was kinda easy then I went and did the others but I just got the gae yesterday so... try to do the other islands... after those you can go back there so good luck on the other islands!

Sometimes what ever your trying to connect you can move over to the spot you want. if that doesn't work just think of the different ways you can put the pieces, if you still cant get it it i'm really sorry i couldn't help
Stack all the speakers up behind the turntables...then plug it up will I electric box. the dance floor...just plug up to the windmill
There are speakers on two levels - you have to do both lots!
You have to make sure all the sound from the speakers is facing out the way then if you have solar panals plug 1 to the dance floor and 1 to the dj booth
U herd the spiders into the water
I covered up all the holes in the fence except one and herded them out the side where daniel is standing and herded them to the left of him cuz they get confused and get stuck outside the fence.
I kinda cheated to keep them out of the picnic after I got the spiders out of the picnic area I put up a fence to keep them out.

Just lock them up because when I am in DJ Candy's house after I get from sleeping in her bed they block the door, but I just jump on their heads!
No, but it's sometimes funny to trap them.once I had a fenced area and it was empty on the inside. so buddy was following me and went on ahead and when I came back to check if he was following me he was in the fenced area!

No, they just say that as acting, they never do really sleep.

You need to connect the water pump to the windmill thingy, and then connect all the pipes to that, until you can water all the plants at the same time. (use lots of 3-openings pipes)
There should be a legend on the left to telll you wat you need
I built both walkways, then put sides on the bridge and then proceeded to put red roses on the left side of the bridge on top of the sides. When placing the red roses a ding sounded after each rose was placed until all 15 roses were placed. I did not have to paint the walkways.
Check your stepes make sure they are the right ones
I had the same problem only to realize one of my stairs was the wrong one!
