You use it to change the time for when you can find things... daylight you can find the sheep in the clouds, evening there is a clue for that, night there are clues for that as well! Hope it helps!

You are probly not clicking the boomerang it is torwards the top and doesnt look like a boomerang

What level? aquarium or outer space? that will help someone tell you where it is. There are 2 in the aquarium... one is on the wall, the other in the sand. In the space puzzle, it's a little harder to see, it's about 3/4 of the way down your tv screen but I can't remember exactly what it is under.

If you mean the sheep in the sky... you need to have the clock set for daylight (8, I think) and then look in the clouds to the left of the tower.

2 are in the sand and one is on the rock by the eel... it's easier to see if you are on the end of the aquarium!
