It's really easy if you have for pc! example: you have aston villa with that emblem so, you go to google pictures and you search for aston villa then you save the emblem on your images paste on the pc. Then go to pes and you edit the team then there's a thing wheres written emblem you put in there you go to personalize then you put creat and you put import file then you go to the paste images and there you've got the image you press on the image and that's it! To get into d startin line up, your average rating in every match shuld b at least 6.0. If you are a striker try 2 get a goal or assist one. If you are a midfielder whether AMF, CMF, LMF, RMF or DMF,try 2 help out when your team is attacking or defending this means you will have to cover alot of distance. I do it and I average at least 7.0. Dont tink there's anything special 2 do to get overall attack.
