In Call of Duty WOW for WII. I cannot figure out how to get to the courtyard in the mission that says "secure supply drop in courtyard". There is no exit out of the tunnels or the building. My squad just stands there like they are waiting for me to do something but I dont know what.?

At the beginning of the game...it looks like we are supposed to set some charges to blow up something before going to the extraction point. The Sarge keeps yelling at me to "get back here" and to "cover him while he sets the charges" but nothing happens. There's no enemy fire. It's like the game is waiting on me to do something. What am I supposed to do?
