I'am ivory coast manager and trying to pick a squad for the olympics but I dont have enough elgible players under 23 what can I do? when my assistant picks the team their rubbish.

I pick the players and the tactics before the game and I submit them all fine. But then when the game starts only the tactic is the same and the players selected are random. i.e my sub goalkeeper plays always as a striker.
I checked the options and the assistant manager is not allowed to pick the squad for me, so thats not the case. Did anyone else notice this?

Hey I have a question ... I'm in my 6th season, just went to spain from poland and just managed to promote with Numancia from Liga Adelante to BBVA and I have a problem that's bugging me ... I'm the type that likes to keep a close budget and is very attentive especially with the wage budget ... but Players just keep transferring to my team, and this wouldn't bother me if they wouldn't have wages of 600-700 k per year which has a significant impact on my 13 mil per year wage budget ... for example about 10 players or so "auto-transferred" to my team with the sum of the salaries reaching 4 mil euros ... at least they would have been any good :| ... I first thought that it was the Numancia B's fault so I unchecked the "Player sales handled by Numanica B Manager" but the players still appear ... I hope I was clear enough please someone help if you can ...?
