Try buying some defenders to balance out the squad. At the moment you have a very off balanced squad more attacking then defending players.

I prefer 2 hav a bad pre season cuz i normally find tht i have a really good season and finish strongly in the league

Had the same prob.Maybe the moral is low. If not ,if you buy too many new players at the same time it sometimes can be bad for the team. hopefully if you wait till later on in the season they will get better. hope this helps!

Check your tactic setting screen like who's your playmaker(enter all possible MF the best option)your targeted man(usually ST or winger will do) penalty taker don't give a damn note: enter more than 1 even for res then your tactic (mine (chelsea) would be a 4-3-3 formation 75% attack , creative play 100% , closing down full pitch 100% , direct passing style 75% , wide play 100% , passing mixed , man marking zonal , attack side mixed)try these tactic! by the way the best signing would be pato(ac milan),vela(arsenal),boreatti(inter),mexes (france defender) I prefer a young side ^^

Im on My 4th Season with Man City and Robinho wants a new contract worth 160,000 but I cant get the wages that high. How do I give him the contract?

A1:

You can adjust your transfer budget to make more funds available.

A2:

Go onto board room on your home page then adjust budjet then click wage then take money from transfer budget and put it into wage you should have enough money if your man city

Have you gone to the board and adjusted your budget from transfer money to wage money this may help you

If you have alot of transfer budget you can adjust budgets on the board room page

its at the bottom left of that page

I got this with a few players in my Liverpool squad, the only way i've found which seems to work well is sell a few reserve players as most of em just take up wages anyway, then once they're gone you should have more wages if not go and ask the chairman and he should give some more as you've sold players.

I had this problem aswel, I gave up and let is contract run till the end of the season then wen is contract was almost up (week or so left) I offered im what my max wage was (140,000) and he accepted.

Personally i'd sell the greedy sod but you can go to the boardroom and up your wage budget although this decreases your transfer money at the same time, or maybe he will accept a slightly lower wage if you offer him bigger goal bonuses/ appearance fees etc. Failing that, you will just have to sell other players until you have enough money.

I also had this problem with my IBRAHIMOVIC, meanwhile the board can't give me xtra wages fund or can't adjust the funds transfer for wages. JUST WAIT until the contract ends then you immediately offer him new contract. IT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Just make sure you keep his morale between good-superb.
