You can get very good players on free tranfer. just go to player search on January to May and then go to expiring then on can sign them on free tranfer next season.

A2:

Get Sean Scannel and Lee Hills on loan from C Palace and Jonjo Shelvey on loan from Charlton Scum. And if you can, get Craig Mackiel-Smith from Peterbrough on loan or buy him (Many Goals). and and free tranfers you can get and sell them for more money or keep them. Hope This Helps.

I Agree with answer 1. I did this with Barrow Town.. And somehow managed to sign michael owen and the famous Brazilion Fred on free transfers along with darren flecther & Swienstiger..
Needless to say I had a pretty easy season.. However when you get them you have to put the big club release clause.. and they rarely stay.
