Not 100% sure if he lives there or not but he can be found in the city. He is at the Resetti surveillance center. Take the bus to the city after 8pm and go straight to the right on the sidewalk to the orange cones. If the cones are moved aside you can enter and get yelled at and then offered a silver shovel as a bribe to leave. In animal crossing wild world for ds he live underground and if you hit a certain rock or do somthing you get underground, but on the wii he lives in the survalience ( sorry bad spelling) place so do this because it workd for my friend!

1. Go to town after 8pm.
2. Go to the right hand side where the two red cones they should be opened if not go in and out of the shops.
3.Go in and you'll meet him and he'll give you the silver shovel.

You go to the city late at night (8:00 PM- 12:00 PM) and go to the right of the city. I'm not sure as to where he lives. (I'm guessing underground because he's a mole) lol. But I know he can be found in the "Resetti Surveillance Center". If you go to town after 8:00 pm then you turn right directly after you get off the bus and walk toward the cones. Sometimes one of the cones will be moved aside and you can enter in. He does change his stock everyday. However, you have to have his store upgraded to Nookway, Nook'n'Go or Nookingtons for this because his first store, Nook's Cranny, only sells the shovel, net, and watering can.

Yes, he does change his stuff every day, but you have to buy and/or sell a lot of things there before he will have the money to upgrade. Eventually, he will have a slingshot in stock on random days.
***Hint: You can use slingshots to shoot down presents on balloons and the pelican that normally washed up on shore in the other GameCube game.

Here is a cheat when you start and rover says ready to go do not hit yeah. go down to the bottom option after you hit A there is an option that says set date/time hit it and go 3 days into the future and he will restock

Go to Joan and ask for white turnips. not red they are to hard to care for. I would have some money ready. (you can only get 650 bells for 10 turnips)

You can get turnips from Joan, a warthog lady. She only comes on Sundays between 6am and noon. She sells two kinds of turnips red and white. White turnips are easier to get then red ones. Red turnips a rare and she doesn't always have them. If you do get some you have to grow them yourself, so take care of them. You must sell your turnips before the next Sunday comes up other wise it will be a waste of your Bells because they go rotten.Tom Nook buys Monday thru Saturday (Not On Sundays). Just ask him for turnip prices of the day and make sure he pays you more bells than what you bought the turnips for.

Joan is the turnip lady of your town. She comes on Sunday morning at 8:00 (AM). She sells red and white turnips. You can't sell turnips on Sunday, just so you know. The purpose of the two snowballs you find in town are to make a snowman (only two snowballs are needed, not three so no need to try)you take one of the snow balls (walk into one of the snowballs ,I should say) ,that you find, until it gets big enough for you to roll with your hands, that way you have grip on it to roll across a bridge or up/down a hill so it wont b rolling uncontrollably.BECAUSE YOU ARE JUDGED AND REWARDED BY THE TALKIN SNOWMAN ITSELF ON HOW WELL U MAKE HIM(a huge snow man is best), you need to make the first ball as big as it gets. Leave the 1st snowball where it is ,or somewhere easy to remember, then go find a 2nd snowball and successfully make it over 2 da previous snowball you made ( because any thing can happen to it like , you can accidentally push/roll it into the ocean or river: or it can fall off a cliff!)DON'T WANT THAT 2 HAPPEN! make the 2nd ball as big as the first but not as big because the 2nd 1 is the head which means you are going to roll the 2nd ball (the smaller, almost congruent one) into the bigger one, the first one.When you do that, your snowman is done. Then the snowman braggs about the shape you gave it ( I know this 4 sure cuz hes happy every time I make him.) Cuz hes so happy, He'll send (in the mail)"Snowman" furniture from the "Snowman" theme from wallpaper to the last piece you need,RANDOMLY THOUGH. You make a snow man! You roll them, one bigger then the other (the bottom) and push the smaller one to the bigger one and it makes a snow man. If it's the right size he will give you a prize.

Use them to build a snowman. Roll them around until one is bigger than the other...on the snow. If you roll them on the dirt, they get smaller. Then push the small one onto the big one and you have a snowman. Talk to him and he might send you a present.
