Take the bus to the city after 8pm and go straight to the right on the sidewalk to the orange cones. If the cones are moved aside you can enter and get yelled at and then offered a silver shovel as a bribe to leave. Shake a tree (A) without the net in your hands, look very closely it will come down and look like a bat hanging from the tree, get your net out quickly because it will go back up in the tree. You may need to try a few times.
Bagworms are only found in trees. They only come out in January , February, October between 5pm and 8am, November, and December so if you miss it you can either time jump or wait it out.

Joan the turnip woman will sell turnips on Sunday morning. White turnips you can check the price at Nook's but the red turnip seed you have to plant and water it every day. I sold mine the next Sunday by digging it up and selling it to Nook and he paid me $16,200 bells.

He does change his stock everyday. However, you have to have his store upgraded to Nookway, Nook'n'Go or Nookingtons for this because his first store, Nook's Cranny, only sells the shovel, net, and watering can.
Yes, he does change his stuff every day, but you have to buy and/or sell a lot of things there before he will have the money to upgrade. Eventually, he will have a slingshot in stock on random days.
***Hint: You can use slingshots to shoot down presents on balloons and the pelican that normally washed up on shore in the other GameCube game.
You just need to wait, Nook will sell you the same tools everyday for 3 days. When he relizes your not buying them he will change them. Keep your eye out for it! Good Luck!
Here is a cheat when you start and rover says ready to go do not hit yeah. go down to the bottom option after you hit A there is an option that says set date/time hit it and go 3 days into the future and he will restock

Joan (warthog with backbag full of turnips) comes on sunday mornings and you can sell her turnips at nooks for more then you bought them for NOTE : you canot sell turnips on the day you bought them

You can get turnips from Joan, a warthog lady. She only comes on Sundays between 6am and noon. She sells two kinds of turnips red and white. White turnips are easier to get then red ones. Red turnips a rare and she doesn't always have them. If you do get some you have to grow them yourself, so take care of them. You must sell your turnips before the next Sunday comes up other wise it will be a waste of your Bells because they go rotten.Tom Nook buys Monday thru Saturday (Not On Sundays). Just ask him for turnip prices of the day and make sure he pays you more bells than what you bought the turnips for.

If your house is getting full, pay your mortgage! When you do, your house will expand bigger. Eventually you get a 2-story house meaning that you have 2 floors to put stuff and then the attic. (This is the part that on one wants to hear though: the mortgage cost is 500 Bells. >:P) So yeah, keep on trying to pay it off the best you can and eventually you'll have a huge house! Good luck! :)

Its a "bagworm" use your net to catch it & sell it @ NOOKS. If it goes back up the tree, shake it again & it will come back down. Sometimes it comes down on the other side of the tree.
It could be a Bagworm - they are around in winter months. Just swing your net at it quickly to catch it. If it disapperas back up the tree just shake it and try again

Well on the internet there are like thousands of friend codes but make sure their for the wii first and not the ds or else they wont work then you can find wifi connection on your wii and then talk to copper to get your friend code. simple as that (actually its kinda hard to get wifi connectifity)

Go talk to him and he will yell at you and say that you should be there. After he says those things he will then bribe you with a Silver Shovel. Now you have a Silver Shovel. :) You can go back there whenever it is open again.

You can't buy tools from the catalog. You just have to wait. I suggest you buy an extra one whenever you see them for sale so you always have one handy
Talk to nook and click the the catalog and you can order anything you have that you broke or lost and they will send it to you just save and restart animal crossing and you will get it

You make a snow man! You roll them, one bigger then the other (the bottom) and push the smaller one to the bigger one and it makes a snow man. If it's the right size he will give you a prize.

First of all you can must obtain the fountain in your town. This is not the one in the City. First of all to get the fountain, you must donate 200,000 bells and have a bridge built, then you need to donate another 400,000 bells and a fountain will be built. You need to go up to the fountain and throw the axe in, then this goddess called Serena, is meant to either give you a gold or silver axe, or she may give you your normal one back, or she can also take the axe away all together. This is only possible with the axe.

You are correct. Different fish for different times of the season, some year round. Winter being the least amount, but there are three in the winter that you can sell for 10-15,000 bells the stringfish (fresh water), and the tuna and coelacanth (salt water). And of course, they are rare. Good luck!
