First of all you make your family and push ok. Then it will ask you are you sure you want to save your family and that you cant edit them anymore after. Then you move your family in any empty lot . After Building your dream sim house you go to options and save.

Well, you most likely got your sim turned into a monster by a potion. sorry about this ,but if ever delete your monster(sim) he will be gone forever. I think it's better to delete him if you don't have any money because he will destroy everything if you don't delete him!
If you deleted him, you have to go back to the neighborhood and evict your family from their house. You'll lose all of your stuff but you will get all your money back and this is the only way to get back your character. You can then move them back into that house because the framework (the walls, pools, flooring etc) will still be there. You have to replace your stuff though, as stated before. Hope I helped :3
Your sim will change to the normal one after a while as the potions only last for a limited time, not forever. So, do not delete him

You could also make one on the first floor and make the second the home then use the phone and select have a party

If your talking about sims 1, I have a cheat where you can pay 20,000 simoleons for a crib. the it's just like having a baby, so it's basically the same thing.

Then hit enter. Next Hold shift while clicking on the sim you want pregnant then click on spawn then click on the life and death tomb stone and then click on make me pregnant with... and then it will give you names of people you can get pregnant with, click on the name.
After that if you want twins hit ctrl+Shift+c then type in twins and hit enter. that will make your sim pregnant with twins. at that point if you want to speed up your pregnancy. click on the tomb stone l and d then select speed up my pregnancy. -Answer by:cputzke72

It might be a land elevation problem. As in, your land may be uneven. Usually, the Sim you are trying to greet will move and walk around to a flatter area so that your Sim can say hello. The land just off the sidewalk in front of the lot is slightly slanted so if someone is standing right there you cant greet them until they move.

You need to buy a guinea pig and wait until the 'clean' option appears on it. then make your sim play with it. In a few sim hours they will begin coughing and stuff, but make sure you keep them away from other sims because they will spread the disease. eventually they die from it. :)

You can use cheats.bring up the cheat box and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without quotations) and hold down shift and click on a sim and click on "Set to birthday" (you may need to click on "more" at the top before you see it) and then (without holding down shift) normally click on the Sim you want to age and choose "Grow Up". :) Hope I helped

Nope they stay a child forever if you want your Sims to grow up you will have to play the Sims 2

Well you call people and or who ever comes to the door greet them and talk to them untill they are ur friends.if there are no more people to become friends make a new family and move them into a house and come friends with them
A man and a woman have to have a SUPER high relationship (like 101 or something) and then you will get a pop-up box that asks if you want a baby. Then if you say yes a cradle will appear and after a while of taking care of the baby, it will grow into a child, who will stay a child forever. If you want your Sims to grow up, get the Sims 2.
The man and the woman have to kiss , hug , dance give gift and other things for for a bunch of times then a box will come up and asks you if you want a baby but don't leave the box alone for a long time or it will disappear .
No you don't you will just make a girl in your family or propose a girl then when its 100 she will ask should we have a baby then say yes or when the telephone rings some will say do you want top adopt a baby and say yes......there you have it

The child sim will never grow to be an adult
They are a child forever.
In the regular sims you can't but in the sims 2 you just wait a while then they become a teenager. then wait a while longer and they become adults.

You put in the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and click on the baby or sim you want to grow up and select Set to birthday. You dont have the be playing the sim you want to grow up for the cheat to work. you have to open shift+ctrol+c at the same time.
