: After you give the first cat you select happy, it'll allow you to get another cat at the adoption center. You can leave through the front door(go through living room to front room), or the back door (go through kitchen)

: If you haven't yet got your answer then here it is.You go to the front or back door of your house.And leave the house.You'll be taken to a map and the only thing you can go to is the park.So,you go there then there will be another cat.Play with it for a while and look around.Play that game with the red pole if you want.After a couple minutes you leave,then the adoption center should be unlocked on the map.Go there and it'll give you three options.To return your animal (don't ever do that!) to adopt another animal and to exit.Click adopt a new animal then you will appear back where you got your first cat.Pet another cat for a while like you did to get the first then it'll give you the options to adopt that cat.Click,Yes if you want then type it's name,then your name,and poof.You've got a second cat.You'll appear back in your home and two cats will be wandering your home.Hope this helps!And you can take two cats to places...only two.If you want to adopt a third cat then follow the same steps.

: You first have to have a kitten with your first cat. By doing that, you must go to the park and make friends with the opposite gender. Once they have a baby, the adoption center will be unlocked and then you will beable to have another cat. But you can only hold a certain amount of cats every time.

: After you feed, and play with your cat, go out the front or back door and go to the adoption center.

: Go to the front or back door, and for the location that you want to visit, select "Adoption Center". Then play with the kitten you want to adopt until the game asks if you want that kitten. Say yes, of course ^^ And then you have a second kitten!

: To adopt a second cat, pet your first one until you get it three hearts. they will appear next to it's picture. It will be grown up. Then the Adoption center will be opened, and you can buy two more cats. After you breed your cats numerous times, you can keep up to 10 cats.

I think the game programmers were trying to make sure the player can get used to one kitty before adopting another. So, you really need to do pretty much everything that is available with your first kitty, then do it with both kitties (after getting the second). So on, and so on. Once you do enough things, the game announces that you may go ahead and adopt another kitty.
The trick here is to make sure you get the right mood and gender, to get along well with one another. Then make sure they are playing well with each other, with "big smiling open mouth" on the connection, before adding another kitty.
Here's what I did:
ADOPTING A KITTY
> Go to the adoption center,
> Pet a kitty until they are happy, check out their information, and you're asked if you want to adopt it,
> Pick a kitty that has a good mood, and easy to please for your first kitty (it's easier to start with)
KEEPING KITTY(IES) HAPPY
> Keep petting your kitty(ies) often, keeping happy,
> When you get toys, use them out of the chest to play,
> Tap on the toys to allow the kitty(ies) to come near,
> Make sure they always have their happiness level up, are not getting too hungry, thirsty or dirty
KEEPING KITTY(IES) FULL OF FOOD AND WATER
> If your kitty(ies) are hungry or thirsty, take it/them to the kitchen,
> Click on the refrigerator, then select dry food or water,
> Shake the box or the water bottle over the bowl until it is filled,
> Allow the kitty(ies) to eat or drink until they're "happy",
CLEANING YOUR KITTY
> If a kitten is dirty, take it to the front room,
> Go to the bathroom, taking your kitty in,
> Use the shower to wet the kitty,
> Grab the shampoo and put it all over the kitty,
> Scrub the kitty and suds with hand (watch dirty level drop),
> Use shower to rinse off all of the suds,
> If the kitty is still dirty, do it again until all clean
ALLOW KITTY(IES) TO PLAY AT PARK
> Take your kitten to the kitchen,
> Take it out the back door,
> Go to the park,
> Play with the other kitty(ies) there,
> Play until they start getting along well
TRAINING KITTIES
> Exit the park where you see the flag and red circle,
> Click on the flag and circle,
> Get the kitty(ies) to get inside the red circle by tapping on it,
> Once inside, click on the flag,
> Click on the clock to start the timer,
> Select and keep tapping on each item on the course until kitty(ies) perform that item (go through, walk across, jump over),
> Go onto the next one quickly,
> When you FINISH and get your score, you win a toy
NOTES:
> The more kitties you have, the more time it takes to keep all of them happy
> Only 2 cats at a time can go outside the house (to the park, the training course, to adopt another kitty)
> If you have two kitties at the training course, you want to repeat each item for both kitties, when it shows the two bars (red and blue) above them

: U can go to the adoption center and keep petting it till it likes you again like you did at the beginning

: First you would leave the house though the front or back entrance. Next you would go to the adoption center on the left you would go there and select adopt. It tells you what to do from there. If the adoption center isnt there just keep takeing care of the one you have. Trust me ten cats are a lot.
