After you turn the gas off to the fire place .Move penny into the fire place and press circle to use the wheeley thing to travel up in the chimeny to the roof

If your talking about "After level one," then you should use Penny's wheelie. (press circle) If you need to go across the wall with water spouts, press O and slide to the Left.
If you need to go above the wall to get to a computer, there is a tiki that you tap O repeatedly to activate the wall down in the ditch. Then it'll move, you use wheelie. Go to another tiki to again activate the wall above it. (It will move the wall in front of another tiki.)You can go, but there is a skull block in the way. Go back to the FIRST tiki and activate it. (the same way as usual) The FIRST wall will move back a bit. Then go to the tiki that was blocked by the FIRST wall. Activate it.
If your talking about the wall in the first part that is blocking BOLT, defeat the bad guys and you will get Super Bark. Then use Super Bark.

Okay I am think that you are talking about when Penny and Bolt are locked up, in Time to Flea. Okay it took me a while to figure it out as well what you have to do is go to where bot in locked up and get on his cage if you click enhanced vision you will see the top of the box glow yellow what you do is double jump and press circle and you are done! Hope that helped!

Well first you got to enter the cheat so find the cheat, then go to extra's on the main menu and select cheats. enter the code there then go back to main menu. then go to start game, and select replay level. then selec leevel you waant to go to! :) lots of luck!

L3 & R3 are the analog sticks or joysticks.
The L3-R3 combination ("supercharge") is earned near the end of level 3 ("One Thousand Mega Bites").
To use supercharge, Bolt must fill his "combo meter." This is the circle in the upper right corner of the screen, under the power meter. Every time Bolt uses "grab" (circle) and then some combination of "finishing moves" (circle, square, triangle, or x) the meter fills up. The more finishing moves he uses on each opponent, the more quickly the meter fills. When it is full, there is a lightning bolt across the circle. Immediately press L3 and R3 together, and for a short time Bolt's superbark is "supercharged."
Another idea in answer to the original question:
Some opponents (fire ninjas, for example) cannot be grabbed without stunning them first. Stun them with superbark or laser vision, and then grab them while they are stunned and do as many finishing moves as possible.

Slide on red pipes to the seesaw bridge,jump on the first bridge,when you are near falling off the seesaw bridge,quickly run to the upwards side of the bridge with the open rail and quickly double jump to other open end of the higher bridge.Repeat until you reach the highest bridge.Then double jump and cling on the red pipe. Use enhanced vision to see the two towers to slide in between. Slide up to the top and jump on the platform!

A1 is right, but the ninja is in front of the wall you need to get past. So, when he is up there, get Super Charged and go to middle of area and Super Bark.
