In the underwater ruins where you put the heads of the statues on the pressure plates after I have done that it still won't let me pull the lever. Any tips?

I am using a Wii and I am stuck on the Mexico. I have found 2 clocks and activated 1 but the other is broken. I have both heads and placed them on the relevant posts but one clock does not move. I have visted all the temples that I can find but I still can not find out what to do next. There are 3 temples one straight down from start and 2 if you turn right at the intersection. What have I missed ?

Im on Thailand Bhogavatti and cant activate the lift via the switch to allow me down. I have freed the two rings from either side and the field assistance tells me that the switch should not work but when I return and press - she is still unable to pull down the switch. In the underwater ruins, how do you get to the switch where you have to come up out of the water. Can get out of water but can't get past the rocks to get to the switch?
