You have to use cynder's shadow element ( I believe it's r2, the one that puts her underground, the black one) and go under trhe doors to pull the levers. then you need to put cynder on the underside of the block above the vine and then lightning the lever with spyro flying and quickly fly to the left to fit the key in the hole to unlock the red gem to wake the last dragon

Once youve done that you will need to back to the top level (with the lightning thing) press the lever with Spyros lightning then attach your self to the bottom of the squared ruin infront of you (you will need to climb up a bit of weeds first) then the other flys you across then youve done it

His mask changes colour.
You have to use the same colour power as his mask IE. red mask, use fire. Yellow maks. Use thunder

You cant do it that way.
if you have got the lother 3 dragons then there will be an ''air tunnel' to an upper level from wherer the dragon statues are. then you will need to break through the piece of round wood on the floor then run fron the moving gate.
This is where you need to go under the 'BLUE' doors (whilst pressing the levers) then you will be at the other end of the tunnel.

You need to use spyros fire ability on the two dragonheads at either side of the doors, then you need to keep the doors shut. [you'll hear banging noises with the enemies trying to break the door back open]

Im preety sure you have to use one of Cynders powers. Then beat the hell out of him XD

His mask changes colour. You have to use the same solour power as his mask IE green mask. Use poison. Red mask. Use fire
The most effective way to beat it is to use spyros earth attack, try double jumping then hold R2 till you reach the ground.
