First take the launcher and then take out your pistol and shoot the blue tops of tthe poles on the side of the roof then take shoot it with the launcher and repeat it should die in a couple of times
The best way to kill that flying guy is dont let him be away from electric wires. As soon as you feel that the blue light is getting appeared, start firing that blue lights. continue this way and you will have a success

Easy , stand in a corner on the 2nd level & he will come to you and try to stab you , just keep slashing him untill he backs off cos his cloak has gone then just shoot him , it took no time at all & I was a bit dissapointed how easy he was to kill.

A good spot to beat him is: on the gorund floor, by the entrance, stay in the end of one of the 2 rooms and he will always dissapear and reappear in almost the same place, so he cannot backstab you. TIP: reload fast!
There should be a flamethrower lying around, grab it and set him on fire, then shot him with the pistol, he shouldn't jump around the place then.
Stand behind the other Guy.use him as A shield. So he can turn and fire on him when he comes up behind you.
