Light the fire on the left of the entrance..push the flame under it and it will light
Go into feral sense mode and look for the moveable statue get to it kick it down then move it to the area where the fire is not lit it will light and the skull will open your welcome
There is a statue like the ones you use to climb onto things that is on fire [its up on a ledge near where you are] kick it down then there is a thing you put fire in put it under that and you are through

If we're talking about right when you've lost your regeneration-ability, then you should be able to enter the air-ventilation shaft.
It's been a while since I completed the game, but I think you might have to move a somewhat huge (2x2x2 meter) box to the shaft before you can jump up there.
Note that when you crawl through it, one of two guards will start talking he think he heard something, and will shoot like crazy into the shaft. Just stay back when you hear them talk, and continue moving when they're gone.

Ther shood b another teleport from earlier on in the game, the control that you have controls both of them but the one you don't need only goes forward so you use the controls until the one that automatically goes back gets stuck then you use the teleport -Answer by:meltdownmoe

If you notice you accutlly control two teleport you control one with left right and athe other with up down know take the left right one and moveit and get the up down and block the way so it go back

Mash the button with a diff finger than you r thumb.
You should use a pen. then rub the pen on the "O" button as fast as you can..it is much faster than pressing the button by the use of your thumb.
That is impossible, I've been trying for 2 days and cannot get it done

Short answer: Just deflect the cards :)
Longer answer: Just deflect the cards he shoot at you, and when he's incapacitated, jump up to him and beat him. Then he jumps down again, and it repeats..
