No, the only other place you can go is Rome for one mission.

No none of the places you just mentioned but in assassin's creed brotherhood I think you can go to london,romainia,russia,and rome plus all the places in assassin's creed 1 and 2

Collect all 30 pages and then go to leonardo in either florence or at the villa in the room ware claudia is to decrypt them and then put them on the wall, use eagle vision to create the world map

Take found pages to Leonardo, then use eagle vision once placed pages on the wall in the villa, and turn each of them to produce an image.
It shows you on the maps exept the villa map
You have to use eagle vision and rotate the pictures accordingly so that it makes a map of the world
Not sure exactly what the question is but the process is basically 1. find the viewpoints in each area which will show you the locations of codec pages, shops etc 2. collect each codec page and take it to leonardo to decipher 3. take the deciphered codec pages back to your villa and put them on the wall 4. once all 30 are on the wall, enter eagle vision to rearrange them into a world map (it will let you know when they're all in the correct positions)
