You have to unlock it by beating the assassins' temples.
You have to get seals from assassins tombs then go to the villa and go in the room inside of mario's office

Okay so there is a cape you win or achieve in every city and one you have to unlock with the feathers, okay so the point is that each cape won't raise your notorious meter.

Go to main menu. Look under "Inventory" Then "Outfits" you can change capes. Some Capes are better in cirtain cities because it lowers your noteriety and makes it less likely for the guards to chase you.

You can't
Go to menu, hit DNA, then hit the sequence that mission is in. or, you can go to menu,hit abort memory, then redo the mission. hint: option 2 must happen during the mission.
It is impossible..even I cant do it..maybe when you have completely 100% of the game made and synched..

This one did my head in for a while but here is the way I finally killed them, hire the thugs that are on the right, before the bridge, walk up to the bridge and send them in fighting the beasts, select poisen, go up to the beasts and start sticking them with the poisen, the clock will not start counting down until the first one drops, if you start getting panicky select the hidden blade and walk up behind the ones you have poisened and start assassinating.

Hi, Robert! I'm a 60 year old beginner, and this is my first game too! I've been finding the answers I need on the Internet--this site is good, and Ubisoft has a very good q & a section too. Holding R1 puts you in "high profile" mode which allows you to do flashy outlandish acts like running. Holding both R1 and X lets you run faster and automatically jump whenever you need to. Just make sure you're heading in the correct direction.
It just takes some practice... :) Run around a bit, familiarize yourself with the controls and learn what does what. After a while, you'll understand how everything works. Or, of course, you could also purchase the complete AC2 guide... xD This includes the basics, special abilities, maps, walkthroughs on EVERYTHING, secret locations... I personally chose to follow Federico's path a bit more, and it worked fine for me, but you could also just run straight towards the church and climb right up the front of it like the person in the video... xDDD

Do all side missions, pickpocket bodies you have killed, upgrade in the villa auditore, collect all items.

At the start of the game or after you get the Medici cape or while wearing the carnivale mask (so notoriety does not increase) you can pickpocket people for small change. Buy a treasure map from an artist and find some treasure. Tackle pickpockets and the messenger. Save most of your money until you get to your family's villa. Upgrade as any buildings as you can as quickly as you can. Look at Claudia's book and you can see what special things earn you extra value. Try to increase the value of the villa and return to collect the money when it gets full and use that money to increase the value of the villa. I think 10000 florins every 20 minutes is pretty quick and it goes quicker after not too long. Collect statues around the villa for quick coin to help start off, too.

In a fight, push down on the D-pad to select fists. Lock on to an enemy and hold square until Ezio assumes the position and then let go of square. You may have do some of Mario's missions first.
You have to do the training for sand first. Study the "unarmed" training with the guy near your villa, then you'll be able to do the sand attack in combat.
