I'm not totally sure where to get a big heli but I know where you can get 1 without getting under arrest because your not a military dude. Go to the a kill event that you have to use a heli for and when you step into the heli to start the mission click circle and then you have a free heli! You can do the same with tanks. :)

Get strike team after you and there might be one there or there will be the helis with the tons of wepons also use whipfist to grap choppers and it will act like a fishing pole and reel you in to take it have a nice landing blackwatch -Answer by:shadowblade

Ahhhahha ya me 2 I got stuck in that part but I maneaged to blow em up. All you gota do is use your common sense and grab those military pipz. Den you suck em like crazy which ill heal your lyf. Remember never to fyt agenst the infected coz theil gang up on ya and kil you so jus grab and heal or grab and toss hope I elped
Consume the first hunter for the claws power and listen to the blackwatch panicing cuase you consumed the hunter then fight the rest then you have to blow up the big fuel holders then once the place is blown up run like hell -Answer by:shadowblade
Just pick up the trucks or ammo boxes (sqare green things) and throw at the hunters. then grab missile launchers and blow up tanks.

At the start of the lvl get a roket lancer and blow up the gas tank then when they come use the milatarys guns 2 protect urself when it says blow up the tanks (its already done)U will finsh the infected hunters!hope this helped!

Steal a heli and shoot the missiles once you come to the part were she falls over jump out of the heli and use the jump and triangle blade arm move and charge it to the max for seroius damage also one she does theat scream attack run like hell -Answer by:shadowblade
Attack it a bit then go to the buildings with all the signs hide behind the signs then wait for infected people to get you then consume them and go attack it again also you can rob a helicopter and use the strongest missiles you have got on it it works really well if you can dodge here attacks.
The best way to do it is to use your whip. lock on press triangle and when she falls down get your hammerfist power and attack it
Use tanks hellicopters abd claws
Attack the arms supporting Greene (the health bars for them are under the health for her) and when they are all gone she should fall then you hit her were you see her body showing.

Go were she cant see you and comsume people until you go in to critical overmass then eat a soldier look like him and then go into a tank and start shooting it until it falls and then use that critical overmass power right by her and repeat

To find a blackwatch leader you must go to a military base.Then consume the commander.The move sabatouge will help you alot to disable the viral detectors.go in the base.consume the consume targets.or go crazy kill everyone except the people you have to consume.consume them.one of them says artillery.thats the blackwatch leader.sorry for writing a long comment.:( -Answer by:master cheat
Yeah A1 is right. But when you beat the game (and keep playing free play) the military only have blackwatch guards in the bases which means no more comanders! But the nice thing is when you finish killing all those guards your airstrike points will renew. I have all the upgrades, beat the game 3 times and im 12 years old. lol

I beat it I got all targets except 1 I made the A1 answer I beat it on hard 2 times I have 1 more target too get they WILL make Prototype 2 Rise Of Pariah the targets talk about her -Answer by:master cheat
I go to a base then make myself look like a soldier guy then use stelth consume on the commander [guy with the cap and sunglasses] then go into the base and consume the targets stelthly and then leave a couple of times I stelth consume every one in the base -Answer by:shadowblade
