Prototype
A1: 
The base is usually a white building with "spot lights" around it. First you can call in an "airstrike" while you are in a military disquise if you have that ability from consuming certain military personnell. If you do then, lock onto the bldg and bring up the wheel with the "stealth consume" and call it in. Or you can hijack a tank and lock onto the bldg and shell it until it's destroyed. When you start to attck the base/bldg a health meter for the base will be located in the upper rt screen

Use thermal vision to see them. But if your near to the tower, you will see crows circling above it's position.
