If you mean the EDF Free Fire Zone, then it's a mission after you liberate Oasis. Badlands is optional, although I had liberated it before this mission. Bring explosives. There will be 2 ammo crates in the target. And don't worry if you die after reaching the target. You save right before. As for getting there ... you will hate every other driver on the road.

Even though you have turned of a certain cheat its effects may still be affecting gameplay giving you the upper hand which means they save lock to stop the cheat help get achievments

Yes, the save does lock even if you turn off cheats, I recommend beating the game first.

Sorry man no luck, I was excited to do another play through with the cheats on for some extra fun but you cant save with cheats on even if you turn them off you still wont be able to save, this is pretty ridiculous in my opinion, I understand not being able to get achievements or trophies but not able to save is just plain dumb, whats the point of even adding cheats?

If you destroyed the edf high importance (all of them) than no walkers will spawn
