To complete that objective, you have to defend the position just behind the sandbags. Get out of the tank, because it blows up too easily, and make your team in a 'combat spread'. that way, they will spread out into good positions to fight around you. If the enemy goes onto that spot (behind the sandbags) they will say mission over. so defend that position. It is very hard, but posible.

I think I am here and I destroyed>>>aaa on mission (last stand at skoje)and 2 copters and two jeeps arrived. Eliminate AAA threating trident (incomplete), eliminate PLA resistance at Naval Base (incomplete) I can't carry on, I am going to third base and it says go back to mission area but I can't find anything to do there after eliminating PLA armor in valley (first objective) and eliminate PLA defensive position (secondary objective)?
