Just a guess but I think if you want to get sideswipe you will need to buy the DLC pack for Ps3 or Xbox 360 (unsure about the PC) on the video you will see that sideswipe is used in single player campaign mode

It's gotta be the region problem. For example if your disc is BLES which means from Europe ,and your DLC pack is bought from a US store it ain't gonna work cause the region is different.

How do you save this game, I can't figure out how to save the game?

If you used cheats codes then you cant save the game. but if you didnt then it should save by itself

Why can't you use generation 1 robots in online play?

You can you need the dlc pack or some other kids just pick them and they are whoever in g1 colors but I dont know how either.
