The last TW I owned was 2005. I loved it. you know with the scanarios, tiger-proofing, and legends tour. This game is really boring. Granted the difficulty is kind of up there, depending on what level you are set at, but I think EA spent more time on the game face and graphics than actually making a fun game.
No I also have it and it sucks you cant play wit a guest it sucks 07 is the best
I agree. '05 and '07 are great titles. 2010 does have great graphics but, the gameplay is terribly boring.

My meter stuck also when I reached 100% on all skills. I made another profile and after I reached 100% skills again, I just get level up $$...

We get those glitches too. We found if you clean your disk with eyeglass cleaner (really clean it well) and then clean your PS2 with a DVD cleaning disk first, this will elevate allot of problems. If you still have problems you most likely have a corrupted memory card. In that case, you may have to start all over again.
Push x rapidly and use L3 to point direction
Tapp on A (xbox) or X (PS3 & PS2)
Use left analog stick in what ever direction and keep tapping x button rapidly
Rapidly tap x on the ps2 and use analog 1 for direction.
To spin the ball use the direction pad not the anolog stick. push in the direction you want to spin and tap the X button. This works the best when the ball is lobbed using your HLW, LW,or LBW Wedges. Spin also depends on the ball your using. Some Spin easier than others and different wedges can add more spin.
To Stop a spin in flight, as the ball archs, press down on the directional pad and stand on the X button. The ball will fall dead pan. This technique is also how you steer the ball while its rolling. My favorite trick is when the green slopes from back to front. I will lobb the ball beyond the stick and push down on the directional pad while tapping the X at the same time (while the ball is in flight). The ball backspins into the cup every time.

In Tiger Woods 09, when the fast play feature was turned on, there were no commentaries...I guess its the same in Tiger Woods 10

All 3 of those courses are on their. If you go to pga tour play you can pklay them wiothout unlocking them

Earn 5,000,000 and buy the leisure suite. Other suites will give max attributes as well, but this appears to be the easiest. Finish one season with all the wins and you'll easily have 5,000,000.

All the previous answers seem correct, however you wont be able to use this option when you play in a more exsperienced level such as hard, or expert.
