Try holding the button you use for hacking
First you need defeat the enemies and reach the computer.then press and hold the square button near it. thats how
Use your square button, press and hold it down, do not release and hopefully you will be able to work the computer.
Find computer,Hold square then people kill machine then go to elavator use mooch then use R2 on the elavator call swich. thats how you do it.

When you see the second guard you sneak past and near the top right corner of the patio there will be a pole. or you can just press the right directional button

Once you have jumped onto the reception desk, point towards the glass cabinate, press B twice then hover ontop of it, then face the TOP OF RECEPTION, press B twice and hover across... Don't forget to travel around to the right first and collect the disc, then return and break through the gate.
You don't get it to work it starts its self after a few seconds
The motion laser can bounce of glass and if you stand in the right spot it will knock out the enemy (paper shredder) and the safe. Then get the speaker blueprints then go through the door that can open automatically then you go through the speakers.
Stand behind the glass and the laser will bounce off the glass and hit the shredder
You just have to wait for the motion laser to boot itself back up again. It will do it on its own, but you have to give it time.
It doesn't shut it down it just momentarily paralysis it to let you through
