Not completely.go to dessert in mission select there is a bonus mission do that then when finished buy destro in team roster then go to the mission in the jungle that you couldnt do before

I am only 9 but I know how to unlock storm shadow select heavy duty and you have to kill him in 22 sec then go to him and pres the hit button

Easy! You just go in 3 secret facilites. One is in the arctic. One in the desert. And one in the jungle. Find those three facilites, beat him in each facilite and you can unlock him!

You must find him and fight him on secret areas on the interior Arctic, Desert, and Jungle areas.(The missions that take place inside a facility)
An easy way to beat Stormshadow is to make sure you have the accelerator suit.
The three locations for Stormshadow are as follows:
1) Arctic - Code Name: Deckhouse Six
During checkpoint 2, in the section where Data Frame apologizes to you, and informs you that he needs to get through a firewall and tells you to hold off the enemy for a few minutes. There are two paths on the right side that lead to the two consoles you need to activate to continue to the end of the section. Once all the enemies are defeated, and you activate both consoles behind the barriers, head to the door between the two paths that lead you to the consoles you activate on the right side.
2) Desert - Code Name: Robot
During checkpoint 1, you will come to a room where Dusty informs the Joe's that there is a situation in Apep Canyon. This room has three doors. One straight ahead, one on the left, and one on the right. You want the door on the left once all the enemies are defeated and the barriers are down.
3) Jungle - Code Name Sludge
During checkpoint 1, in the section where you need to destroy the computers, then activate the two consoles to drain the two green tanks. Once you do this, two doors will open. One on the left, and one on the right. The door on the right is a straight path that takes you through another two doors (one already open).

On the 5th mission
Bonus lvl in artic you need to unlock a blue door in the 2nd lvl then the bonus mission is unlocked

Chekpoint 2 is actually the hardest you go into a cave keep going strait till you have gone to the end go back until you see a change joe machine if you see it go right there will be cobra to deafet after you kill them go near the door then go right again there will be more cobra to kill then your on to chekpoint 3

Well it was easy for me! And im only 9! So, you go in the cave and kill some more cobra. Then you go into a door which is second checkpoint. Then, you keep actavating two power coils so the jewel dosen't shoot it's huge laser. Then you just beat the boss and perfecto muendo
