Switch one character to storm and upgrade lightning strike and then keep using her lightning strike and tap it! it chains everywhere! meaning it will strike one enemy and then it will hit every other enemy.

Start off fighting bishop hit him with all you got his red life bar will go down some then stop and turn blue. as he runs off to power up at 1 of the 3 power tanks in the room hit the tank and make it blow up if he stays on the tank blow up all 3 tanks in the room and his life bar well turn red again. do the same thing you did in step #1 about 3 or 4 times and you should walk away with a win as he overloads himself with power and pass out.

When he is hanging on the pillar hit the pillar, it makes sound waves (that way you know what they are) , when he falls start attacking him, I got lucky and when he fell I hit him back against the pillar and it keep him from running away, if you can use thor he hits 250's on venom

You can't download Carnage at all! He has never been a playable character in any MARVEL Games.
Carnage is unlocked, during game play.
They took all downloadable content down for both Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games on the XBox LIVE Marketplace, I assume they did the same thing for the PlayStation store, sorry. -Answer by:949paintball

When he try's to crush you dodge and just attack his arms
Beat him up with deadpool's guns then when yellowjacket gets tired, use a targeted fusion
Attack his arms and chest when he trys hitting you[don't forget to dodge]
When he attacks at you with his body part,the best way is to use a fusion on him
