Mine doesnt work. you talk to katie and tobor and then pay katie 2000 bucks. sleep for a few days and you r SUPPOSED TO get a phone call from katie. then you go to katie and pick it up. of corse im stuck. ive waited a more than a week and I still didnt get a call. so, if yours doesnt work, join the club.
You need to complete Gino's mission first to find the three dine and dasher suspects when you have done that Katie will call. It also works with a diving suit.

Synthestize the trash boxes or the telephone box
Access your extractor (activate it by pressing the R button on your DS) and then point the extractor at a trash/garbage can and press the A button. There is a garbage can on the left hand side of the city's town hall. You have then collected a grey-boxy shaped essence for you to synthesize with a base essence.

There are statues of things that solve the riddle. the flapping wings one is the scare crow, the one about being cold is the fire, it being dark is the lamp, and I don't remember what the last one was, but then there is only one statue left.
There will be 4 statues in the room with the riddles. There will be 4 plaques on the walls. Look at a plaque, and choose the statue that fits the plaque. For example. The one with the two sims in the snow. It would be the statue of the fire. You drag it over and drop infront of the plaque. Do all 4 that way. Hope it's helpful. ^.^
In the room,on each up and down side of the walls,there will be pictures of complaints.match the statues to the pictures to help the people in the picture.

Once you've changed all the towns to "Horror" including the houses and all the objects, just go back to your secret hideout and it will say that you've already completed the mission.
You use your f-synthesizer
You have a telephone in your underground room. if you need a telephone for a mission you need to sythesise one
You can't buy OR make a phone, so you use the ones that are outside, but I don't know if it will work on your Agent Phone.

When you get to that part it is raised land where he turns all the way around. You need to stay on the lover level so he cant see you.
You need to wait at the bottem for when he looks, then run up so you dont lose him.
Hide behind the small cliff
As he goes up the ramp, he will look back and see you. Therefore, you must hide at the bottom part of the ramp, so he doesn't see you. Then, catch up to him and find his secret hideout.
You wait by the ramp, then wait until theif v turns around to follow him.
Hide in the lower level, then when he looks back ,run to catch up

First you have to complete the mission with abel he will then tell you about v. then you pick up the rubbish in open meadow. after you need to talk to chef gino and complete his mission then you can pick up the rubbish in lea lake. after you go to katie and she will give you something. then you go talk to ginny. hope that helped :)

All you have to do is go up to the bookshelf and push A a few times, and keep trying it until the elevator opens. It is tricky at first, but you will get used to it after you have done it a few times. Then go into the metal rectangular thing, under the book shelf.

Do you have the house on the bottom left on the screen when you are playing the game click on that or press y click on the little bow with the blue arrow there should be 5 different things you can do on it click on the 4 then remove all of the blue dots from the town hall plaza then go to spy bit and it says you have completed the mission hope this helps
You have to go in front of the town hall. then press y. you should see a thing on the screen that lets you add , move , and take away items. the one with the arrow (red) pointing up is the one you use. take away all the things to the right of the town hall!
This had me stumped for ages too! You have to remove everything you can from the plaza including benches. Try everything until you can't remove anything else in the area then from what I can recall, this should do the trick. Good luck!
You have to pick up all the moveable items and hold them in your inventory then go back to your HQ. It will give you the message that your mission is complete then you can put items back down or replace them with new ones.
First when you get this a signment stand anywhere as long as your not inside a building in town hall plaza.Then in the left bottom corner of your screen you should see a house it says push y.next touch the blue arrow that is curving going up then take out all the objects that will look like light blue circle when the finger is over the circle push then do this to the rest of the circles finally go back head qaurters then it should say you finished your a signment then go to the box next to the television and push a. then you can start a new a signment by pushing a in front of the computer.

Its the stone deity statue. you put a red and blue essance and then a purple. the statue should be there
This one took me a while, too. I couldn't find any help online so I figured I might help someone else out and answer it. The stone statue you need is the Moai. You make it with one red moon and one purple spaceship looking one.
There are two pig statues that are already there,but I don't know if that helps or not.
Have you tried placing a Moai.
It's a stone deity statue and to make it you need a blue essence, a red essence and a purple essence. It should be there.

Um, I tried to make all the themes of towns horror everywhere and change the buildings to horror, but I guess you need more. Maybe put ghost objects everywhere where you can? I hope it helps, cause I haven't tried yet. I'm stuck there too. Good Luck!

You have to fish a crystal falls next to thief V's hideout. If you don't have a fishing rod go to talk to Joseph you mainly find him on the pier but if he's not there search evreywhere you can fish he wears a fishing rod and always has a fishing rod.

Right I got stuck on this many times but I finally figured out how to do it. If the bookshelf hasn't't opened up for you then here is what to do. Put the sound up on your DS and listen to the tune you then have to match that tune you may have to click on some of the frogs twice.
It's by V's hide out if you go at night and move the stylus slow in a line you'll catch the king salmon!
Try fishing at late evening or night. catch the big one, the king salmon is the big ones.

He is not really a main towns person so you dont need to tell him just tell the people whose faces you could see on the map
You don't capture him you follow him around but don't get too close or he will run away and you have to wait until the next night
Follow the dog, but walk slowly. It will go out onto the pier and eat the cupcake. Then Tim will appear and tell you to escort the dog to the zoo.
