Tim is that one dude who has a dog hat he would sometimes be at town hall plaza or little lea lake in the house

There's a simple way of finding any Sim at any time. Press the bottom right icon (your phone) then press the map icon. Go though the whole town locations, then you'll see a little face with a dog hat over it!
Tim livs in little lea lake and wears a dog hat. there are spaces in Town hall plaza, Station plaza etc. when he stands with his lolly trolley. sometimes he appears there. usually afternoons. -Answer by:riimomac98

In the synthesizer. You need to make it.
Its not called a trash can it's called a Dustbin, there was one in Town Hall Plaza, unless you removed it, otherwise it will be in your garage located in the menu.

You have to talk to Martin after you get the flower seeds and the small fireworks. He will take them to Doctor F.

You need to get essences ( any kind that will make a mailbox) with your extractor and then go to your F-synthesis Machine. Then, push the house button in the bottom left corner and go to the dustbin and mailbox section. select the mail box and then place it down on one of the spots

Click on one of the taxi stop signs and click yes you want to pay 100 dollars to take a taxi then click where you want to go and martin will take you there
You have to complete part of the beginning of the game. Then at some point after completeting a couple missions or so, a taxi will be available to you. If you have beat the game or almost finished it and still dont know where it is... Look on the map and you'll see a number with a circle around it. Walk up to it and tap it. Then it will ask if you want a taxi. Then pick the destination on the map.

If you are doing the vincent's innocence mission then you must finish it first because in the end you will see tobor and mayor they went to do some repairs to the secret treasure (the bell) so they will be back after you finish that mission
Go over to violet and talk to her. then, there will be some choices ( speak,shop,play minigame, or back). choose play minigame and then it will work

If you're in the station plaza then you're close! you know there is an empty house with no one in(not people you know anyway)? You go behind it and there is a rock where there is no railing thingy and press a there to get the rock to move and you get the map
There is a pig to the lower left. From there go straight up. You will reach the house and behind the house there is a rock. Press A to find the map.

Hit "a" or tap it with your stylus. then two martins will walk up. ask the question "what was your first job" or something about a job. then go to the mayor and he'll tell you that he was a pilot. then go back to the martains. once you solve that you meet the theif -v- for th first time. you'll chase him but he's to fast. youll go talk to th mayor and then he'll let you walk around everywhere. thn you can walk to east village to find michelle.

You have to go around town after Vincent asks you to help prove that he is innocent. Then you have to go around looking for people out of place which are Abel,Katie,and Chef Gino.They will tell you information but you have to get 10 eels for Gino (best time is at night at Little Sea Lake) and help Abel move his furniture. Then go back to Ginny to give her the evidence and Vincent is innocent THEN go to the zoo and click on the sign.
