Use enma's fang's ut and shoot her neck when her health is low

Best weapon against him are the Dual Katanas, when he's in the air and he's about to drop down on you, do a 360 with the movement stick and press triangle, if you did it right, he'll take damage and you wont, after that get away from him and watch his movements for attacks, keep at a "not too far and not too close" distance from him. The best oppertunities to attack him are during his beam, he is completely defenseless during this attack, you can easily get off a good damaging combo, for the dual katana do the Triangle x4 move for the most damage, the second best oppertunity is his drop attack. if you can manage that and be patient during the fight you should get off with light or no damage so you wont need to go to the shop later to replenish your items.

To wall run you have to run fast then jump onto a wall

After you have beaten the archers/soldiers the porch comes down and when you jump onto it the dragons mouth opens, you can jump into its mouth and onto the next area.

Seriously, go to one side, and while it tries to attack you with that hand, attack the other hand with any weapon you want, I used Enma's Fang.
After it takes a fair bit of damage, it will be subdued for a few seconds. Take out your bow and fire at it's...necklace. Then, it will start to attack you normally again. Physical attacks will no longer work, you have to keep shooting the necklace. Good luck.

Yes you can by going to chapter challenge and then select chapter 1 then do chapter 2 then chapter 3 it is like story mode so just keep on playing chapter challenge
