HelpfulWhile you are in a game, press Start to bring up the menu. Go to "Coach", then "Coach Settings". While in there, scroll down to "Who to Guard" and change it to "On".
You have to go into the coaches settings and turn on the "who to guard" indicator...
First you pause the game go to coaching coach settings and go to who to guard and turn it on
If all else fails, guard the person thats guarding you. Thats basic basketball.

You have to play the summer curcit and complete it very good like average a b+ or a for your team grade then you will have to pick a nba team for there training camp play five games and you get drafted by that team you picked aafter 5 games only if you dont get cut
You have to get an A or higher for the summer circuit. Then for the training camp you have to get an A+ for every game to not get cut.
You have to average at least a A- then got to training camp and average a A
If you do well in the d league then a team will call you up and sign you to a ten day contract and if you do well then they'll sign you for the remainder of the season. After a few games I got called up by the bucks but they are a sorry team
U haf to do good in traning camp
Just go up on de player and press o for ps3 but 4 360 x

Cant change the game speed once you've already started the myplayer mode. Have to do it b4 startng and then save settings. To score more points (100-90) go to options, presentation, minutes per game and change that to 12 mins. awhole lot more fun that way. Also to play on hall-of-fame mode set your settings b4 you start my player mode.
Yes you can, you can turn off the annoying EA insider guy that critique's you. After you get the 2k10 update you can do that in the My Player Mode settings.
Impossible to change the setting of My player once you started to play of it.
Theres a glitch that drops your stats when you take a player through development
Maybe you miss more than you hit your %overall gets down if you get a low % at shooting making assists etc.
They have a cheat. You go to my player. Then edit player. Then go to the quick menu. Do your drill and if you do that then you have unlimited drills and it doesnt go down.

Good passes, on-ball screen, off-ball screen. good shot selection, stealing, good shot defence, blocked shot, good shot selection. and low turnovers will do the trick you`ll get used to it when you play alot
Get a lot of assists
When the opponents inbound the ball stand next to their PG, cuz of that they'll pass it to the sg, try to walk in the good lane and pick up the steal, turn around fast and get the layin (dunk for highlight play). Do this a couple of times it upgrades your scoring and steals major. Got 50 ppg and 12 steals p.g. in my guy with alot of help from this, try it out!
Just do layups the whole time
The first thing you need to do is get good shot selections. Being a guard is easy, just drive the lane, find an opening and do a lay up. If your a forward work on speed to go past your opponents and dunk. Also work on stealing (guard) or blocking (forward) and assists. I hope that helps.

Not directly, If you look around in one of the options it says "export roster" or "export team". Click on this and then save it as a new roster, then start a new association and all the players and trades will be the same. Or, you can find somewhere (I can't remember where) an option that says resign position and this will let you change teams.
Passing,speed,quikness,dribbling and lay-ups..
I would advise increasing passing and handling skills seeing that you will be distributing the ball. Then do your layups so you can attack the basket and draw fouls with posible and-ones
BALL HANDLING AND DUNKS IF YOUR GUY IS ATHELIC
Just speed until it is 99 and then quickness. You don't need dribble because you can just burn them and get wide open layups.

Try another game. If it freezes on a completely different game it's the system. I had that issue with the blue ray disk reader. Was a pain
Im having the same problem and I bought another used. think its the hours played on the game because none of my other games have frozen ever.
Go to your system memory (not your saved memory) on the ps3 main menu and delete some of the memory.

When you did the cheat it has a cheat list and if you did that aba ball cheat you go to options and go to codes and there it is then you go down to aba ball you can have it on or off so there it is you hit either the left or right on the d pad to change the aba ball on or off
