Ummm if you want to save your season just push the right analog stick left and if will say save
Move the right analog stick.. then click save.
After a game dont save it yet just press exit. and once it is back to the team game schedules move the right or left analog stick and it will show you options one of which is the SAVE option. This will enable you to load your previous game where you left once you start playing again the next time.

You cant but you can go to v.c team and make every player on the team be on a regular team like bulls or bucks or any team buy going to the roster and sign them all to your team then start your season or association and there you go the all on the team

In association mode you have to go to the general manager click on players and then click the player you want to change you will see numerous things you want to do to him but click the one that says change number.
