Yes, in Arcade Mode you can play with 2 controls. If you are already in the game, you will need to reset it to get it to recognize the 2nd controller. But once it does, you will notice that the Single Player/Two Players options is no longer grayed out under the Arcade Mode options.

The track name would've been a help... My guess would be one of the Tailfin Pass tracks (Probably Pass 1). Further up the track, where you have the option of driving along the road or a dirt track, take the dirt track to the right. On the right hand side (next to the fence) is a barrel of TNT on a platform. Drive into it. Voila! =)

To jump... with the wiimote level flick the whole thing up still level as though you are trying to toss something up in the air with two hands.

You go to ramones body art shop then if you want to change Lightning McQueen at the contol panel+ and go up and there! You've changed Lightning McQueen!

You need to go to one of the blue circles in whereever you are (Speedway, Radiator Springs etc), which will take you to Doc's Garage or Luigi's Tires or Ramone's Paint. In there you can use the up/down or left/right arrows to customize your car. You can press the "-" button to switch between all 3 garages.
Collect points in story mode and do lots of races, you will then unlock new kit parts. you can then go to docs garage, ramones house of body art and Luigi's Casar delta tyres. to easily get to this area by clicking on the start button on your control, click on map then scroll thru the races till docs garage is circled then click the x button to go straight to it.
