Use your triple jump or any jump that might get you to the top.
I've had the same problems and it took me so long to get to at least 5. I know how to get on one of the very tricky ones that stumped others, I can only get this one and four other easy ones you probaly know how to get to already. if you want to get to the of the building, (next to the brick walls) you jump on top of the brick wall, run fast along the edge,and when you get to the end of it, you do a long jump. (z then a) This is how you get to one. This should work. The rest are pretty tricky, I have not figured out how to get on the rest but this one and the easy ones! at least I know how to get on one! Hope this helped!
I've had this problem for a while till' I FINNALY got all the coins! So now, Im going to tell you about the hard ones. The one by the brick walls that looks like an apartment building, Ill tell you first. Firt of all, you go on the brick wall and run along the edge-FAST! Then when you get to the end you do a long jump. ( z then a ) For the other ones you have to wall-jump from wall to wall to get to the top.
To get the 8 red coins in Wet Dry World that are on top of the buildings you have to do a wall kick up the wall to the top.
7 are in bricks.

HelpfulThe metal cap switch is in hazy maze cave. You have to go to the underground lake, and then you jump on the sea monster's back when it is near the red grate in front of the metal door on the raised island against the back wall. Pound on the sea monster's back so you can run up onto its head. It will start spinning, and then you jump onto the red grate and open the metal door. Inside this door is the metal cap switch.
What you do is go to the hazy cave maze and find the right door there will be a water fall don't go in it there will be the cap
In the hazy mazy cave level. you must get to the room with the water dragon guy. get on his back and do a ground pound to get on his head. he will go the direction you face so you need to locate a large ledge and a door. when you go through the door jump into the pit that looks like the same one you jump in to get in the level. this is where the switch is just be careful not to jump into the water or else you might have to do this again.
You have to go to course 6, Hazy Mazy Cave, and go to the underground lake. Then, jump on the back of the sea monster and get on its head. Don't go to the island with the star, but instead go to the side were there is an island with a door in it. Go through the door, down a hallway past bats, and you will get to a portal to take you to the Metal Cap Switch world. The current in the water in this world is pretty strong, so try to stay out of the water unless you have the metal cap on.

Did you mean toxic maze? you half to go throgh the cave until you get into the toxic cave. when you enter in go left and hit the block so you wont get hurt by the toxic.then go to were those beavers pop out and look up.youll see a big gap with a door infront of you.youll see another gap door next to it and go in there.jump or fly up to go in the door.after you get in,go straight cuz youll see the star your lookin for next to the wall and go up the elavator first.

I think he is talking about the room with the Rainbow Ride Warp in it. If that is what he means, then you need the second bowser key and 50 stars and go upstairs again (You went up the first time for the lock door)
When you first enter the castle go upstairs and when you do that you go to the right until you go up an other stair way than go up it and go right or left and after that you will see two windows and jump into one and you will get the level you r locking for!

The coins in this level are fairly spread out so you have to search the whole level. Make sure you are killing the spiders, bats and those white floating things that shoot black balls. Also, getting coins that are worth more than one coin (such as the red and blue coins) will make the job go a lot faster. If you go to the Hazy Maze Cave, there is a white box you should pound to make blue coins appear.
The coins are throughout the level. You will have to search the whole level to find them. Also, for a tip, jump on spiders and anything that is a threat, you will get coins.
To get 100 coins you need to search the whole level. You will also need to get all the red coins and defeat all the enemies to get their coins. in the poison cloud there is a blue coin box around the middle on high ground, hit it and it gives you 8 blue coins to collect but you have to get them before the time runs out or you wont be able to complete this

You must leap into the volcano. This time riding the moving platform to the lef of the starting point. There will be a second platform, so be ready to jump off the first platform when it reaches the second platform.

To make the bunny appear, you have to get around 20-30 stars and he will come in the basement. He only appears untill you catch him. So when you catch him, bye bye bunny for the rest of the game. And he is very hard to catch-its a pain in the butt! >:(
You must catch him once. it's not easy but it's possible.. then after getting another 10 stars you can catch him again. ENJOY :D
A2 is not exactly right. Everytime you collect 30 stars you get him again and again. Its happened to me before.
To make him appear (at least the first time,) get 16 stars.
So there is 122 Stars? (by 121 is the falling off cliff after beating bowser 3 without gettting the star to beat the game)
When I played, I had 15 stars and the bunny showed. When I had 14 and under, He wasn't there.
You have to get the stars by youself, silly!(PS: IF IT IS TOO HARD, LOOK FOR GUIDES to help you with hard stars!)
If you're playing it on an emulator online go out of full screen go to options then cheats. It will show you a list of cheats. check the boxes of cheats you want. Than go to the slot you want to have 120 stars. Click on plus than go down to have 120 stars. (and if you have castle secret stars you can have more than 120 stars :D)

You have to go to Hazy Maze cave if you have defeated Bowser the 1st time then you have to go to where the lake monster is (its really a sea dragon) do a ground pound to it once your on its back then quickly go on to its head or else his head will rise up. After you get some stars (I think it's 15) there will be a sun light on the first floor. Stand on the carpet and look up to the light, and you'll be on the level of the flying cap switch. The switch will be at the tower in the middle
