Strong graplpe him(R1 + right stick up) then drag him towards the ropes
You throw him into the fire.

Ok first ya gotta get the temperature up to 500 degrees then use R1 and analogue to drag him to the apron and keep on doing that until ya set him on FIRE
Use your finisher and drag him to fire
Some of those are half right,how you really do it is get it 500 degrees,make sure kane is weak and that your finisher bar is at the "F" not the s but the f,then put him in a strong grapple and put him near the ropes.Make sure you still have the finisher bar full or he will hit you.Thats how you finish him. oh yeah make sure it's still at 500 degrees when in strong grapple and taking him to the ropes. ps:sorry this answer was so long -Answer by:blake12
Make the temperature to 500 degree at least 4 times, to beat kane press R1+right stick up when he was standing and drag him to the fire!

You get it by fighting and winning career mode with everyone with 5
Just go through career mode/Road To Wrestlemania. To get a better Techincal make sure your in Legend difficulty and let them attack you and time your reversals, or go to options and make the settings easier to counter. But I believe the overall you can have is all at '99' except three which all mine have ended at 80-85 and can't get higher. :/
You can get to 100 by winning most of your matches
Easy just get your stats up I did it in about 2 -4 days. (not all day)

In order to win an Inferno Match, you have to do moves until the temperature of the fire is at 500 degrees, then grapple with your opponent and drag him to the fire. He will then be thrown over the ropes and set ablaze.

U have to have 2 finishers stored then use your finishers on te two people
Actually you can't throw two people out the same time, but I can help lets say your getting someone out with the help of someone. Once you get him out, then throw the other guy who was helping you, hopefully someone else will come and help get him out. When one person is trying to eliminate the other you come in and use the left analogue in any direction and you mission>them both out
I found I had to score 5 points while in the office. You have to throw the opponents into the bookshelves, break the stone bust of Vince, throw opponent into computer monitor resulting in overhead sprinklers coming on, use portrait of Vince on opponent. I am sure there are other things to destroy.
