You need to complete the Guild Challenges that are available in the DNA menu, once you complete them, and reach rank 1, you'll unlock the weapons, I suggest focusing on the Assassin's Guild challenge, as the reward for that is the sword of Altair EKG, the best medium sword in the game.

There is one near the tevere port at the thives district and one in the palazzo laterano, its near the gate near the scroll by the right stairs 2 the right. the armors is powerful n awesome

No, you can go and complete secondary missions after you watch the credits(they are about 13 minutes long). you cant leave the animus though. I have noticed that their are less guards afterwards and even less when you take out all towers.you can still be desyncronized if you kill people. you still have multiplayer too.

Shop Quest is only available at the Blacksmiths nearest to Ezio's hideout.
Only one shop has the quest, it's the one by Ezio's hideout on Tiber Island.
U have to have the materials b4 you can "hit" it

Tiber island hideout.they are all around their.if you look on you map and press square or x.depending on which system.(xbox or ps3).you can pick what you want on your map turn everything of except the shop quests and it will be easy.

Look for the ones that a extra triangle over them those are the shop quest and you can find out what you need when you check them so if you need the items go through the tunnels to tevere port and thieves guild you would run into these couriers that run all the time cause they pickpocket catch them and either tackle them or kill them and pickpocket until you get what you want but go back and forth through the tunnels to refresh the stage and go back and forth to keep running into the couriers and pick pocket them.

Have you entered each district, killed each captain, and destroyed each tower? When you destroy the tower you get the viewpoint credit and then you'll be able to see that portion of the map.

You must complete sequence 6, then go back and restore the aqua-duct. After doing so climb the ladder and cross over to synch the view.
You have to repair it, then there should be a ladder to the right off it, off a rooftop, scale that to get onto the aqueduct, and run across to the nest
Repair it by talking to the Architect at the base of the broken aqueduct, then you should be able to reach the eagle nest by walking across the fixed aqueduct.
Kill the captain in the area, destroy the tower, talk with the architect, find the shorter building and climb on the roof, climb the ladder and then run down the aqueduct to the viewpoint.

Yeah. Use eagle vision and basically follow the other actors around in a circle. Make sure you stand in the middle of the spot or the timer won't stop.

There should be on the start up menu a leave animus option you click this and you be playing as desmond just go up to the computer next to the statue of altair is should shay press any button do this any you will come up to a screen that has desmond, rebecca, shaun and lucys names and picture on it click desmond and just read from the inbox..
