Madden NFL 11
Turn off the salary cap or learn how to select n pay the players that are actually worth keeping around. I would start over if I was ever in your situation, but if you play Madden as real life like as possible then you have to b like a real owner and not keep or pay players because you are a fan of a team or a certain player. My teams are always stacked and I always have so much extra money, only problem is my backups are not to great but plenty good for a backup, so I only keep around and sign players who have a high injury rating so not to many injuries occur. You can also shut off the injuries but injuries and salaries are part of the game. If you are playing for fun n not trying to manage the team like a real owner then shut off salary cap, injuries, trade deadlines and all that. Otherwise spend time and select n pay the impact players that r worth keeping around. Good Luck. -Answer by:dutdanut

In the team selection, hit triangle and you can choose a created team.

The game has an auto sprint so just focus on getting touchdowns and first downs.

You can go to the depth chart in the roster selection, and whether you want a certain QB in all the X after you select the QB that you plan on being your starter, you can save the roster to keep that QB as your starter. This also works online but if you play an offline game and save your game after or if you have auto save then you have to re due it again on the regular game and again if you plan on playing online again because it updates the roster to most current roster. You can also play guys that are injured as well, for example if Bob Sanders on the Colts on Madden 11 is injured, you can put him in the active roster. I'm 95% sure this works online as well. Or during a regular game, or any game go to roster and depth chart and select the player/ Players you want to be in the game. Its cheap but not all injuries are updated like I am an Eagles fan and it had Vick injured online but for like 2 weeks longer then he actually was. I am a Kolb fan and still prefered and used Kolb, but I just used Vick's injury as an axample.

First be in a game,then go to setting.then click on penalties,subtract the offside. Now if you got a punt situiation,you can stand in front of the punter(don't touch anyone)then when he punt you can block it(block is triangle)
When there in a punt cover take an linebacker from off the line and move him to the outside opposite of the rb blocker , time it right on the rush and you can get there and make the stop by being in the way, or if your guy is fast enough you can get there and sack the punter
