You cant copyright issue .. players actually complaind few yrs back bcuz they felt that plyrs in the game represented them too closely and that if there in the game they should be compensated but legally they cannot due 2 ncaa rules ... so even tho names are diff there who there suppose to be but you cant get there names lol..... jh
No actually there's to many colleges and to many players on each team they wouldn't be able to get them all

Usually there is someone especially on the PS3 who does the names and likeness of ALL the players EVERY YEAR has been for a while now he's a Buckeye fan and his name has Buckeye in it that's all I can tell you
