After you created him they ask you would you like to put him on a team n push yes
Go to manage roster then go to creat player then go to creat new player then costumize your player when you r done assin him to a team
Put him on a team that is 14/15 players and then go to rosters and put him on the team you like

You dunk by holding LT and press x for 360 for ps3 you hold L2 and press sqare for anlolg you do the same but stud of pressing x orsquar use anlolog

Just play the game, I unlocked them all apart from 1 or 2 playing on the my player mode, the other 1 or 2 playing the association game mode
You have to go to controller settings and change the controller lock. You have it set to one certain person.
During the game go to the pause menu and then go to controller settings and you may have it set on a certain position. if it says perfered position pg, sg, ect. just change it to none.

Max out all three shooting skills first which can be easily done through the drills alone, then your mental, and physical, mainly mental is where you will get your quickest upgrade but when you do that you have to make sure that every attribute in that set are at an even number so that when you get enough skill points you every time you add points they all get done at once which increases your overall faster, this goes for physical too, for speed and agility I suggest once you max out shooting with drills and points then start doing the same thing on the Dribble Course drill so you can use your skill points on the rest of physical or mental...hint hint* if you get gold on the driblle course it always gives you 2 added skill points to speed
