Try going to the Dark Brotherhood there is a little girl thats a vampire maby she can help (suggestion)
There are three ways to stop the NPC's from attacing you. One is to feed to reduce your vampire powers. In order to feed you need to find a sleeping NPC and when you click on them it will give you the option to feed. Two, get the werewolf diesease. and Three complete the breaking dawn quest. If you do not have your vampire diesease for more than four days a cure diesease potion will cure you too.
You can get rid of vampirism by joining the companions and becoming a werewolf. if you dont like the werewolf powers complete the companions missions you will have the option to cut the head off of a witch and lose the power. btw citizens should only attack you while you are in beats form.
All you need to do is take a cure disease potion. Only for Vampires, not Werewolves.

If you are where I think you are there are 3 stones each light up as you get near and a door lifts open for each one in the distance. I got passed it by simply using my whirlwind shout. Line up by the first stone in line with doors start running fast as soon as the last dorr open SHOUT! -Answer by:grumpyone

Or if cant do that use whirlwind sprint to the first gate get stuck inside face toward the first gate then look right and there will be a pull chain that holds the door open there are pull behind all gate except the third but when you pass through the third all will stay open in case you have a follower

5000.00 for house. Work the dragon born quest. During that quest you can buy a house in whiterun.
5000 in whiterun, 8000 in riften and on up around the map. Use the free house cheat, you can get any of them free, but must have enough coin to buy the house for it to work. I have two houses so far both for free and all the house upgrades free using same glitch. -Answer by:grumpyone

Sneak up on a sleeping person and pickpocket (you'll get the option to feed on them instead). Feeding to reduce your hunger level to 1 will allow you to interact with people as normal. You will have to feed every day to keep your hunger level low. Kind of annoying, but the Vampire perks are well worth it if you can get used to the extra work.

Enchanted weapons need to be recharged using soul gems. Regular ones won't do though. You have to have a filled soul gem. Each soul gem will recharge the weapon at a different rate (ex. a common soul gem filled with a common soul will recharge a little, but a grand soul gem filled with a grand soul will refill a lot). All you have to do is go into your weapon inventory, select the enchanted weapon, and press the corresponding button for the recharge option (on ps3 I think it's triangle). Hope this helps.

You don't. you just need to have a filled soul gem. after you have one just go to the weapon you want to recharge, select recharge, and then choose the filled soul gym that you would like to use. NOTE: soul gym IS consumed after recharge.
Soul gems are consumed after being used, except azura's star

You must attack the orb with magic to drain his power then you and the rest of the crew can put him down for good.

I zapped Ancano with the Staff of Magnus, 'marked for death' shout and fire rune. If you hide while your health replenishes he'll fight the ice wisp things and leave you alone for a minute.

If you are talking about The Mind of Madness-there are different tasks Pelagius wants you to complete. One has a fight between anger and confidence-use the Wabbajack on each of them until confidence is man-sized.
Another task takes place in a stone arena. Opposite of where you stand Pelagius is sitting with bodyguards. Shoot the bodyguards with Wabbajack.
Another task has Pelagius asleep, having nightmares. NOTE: Shoot Pelagius and a wolf turns up. Shoot the wolf. Shoot Pelagius again and a bandit shows up. Shoot the bandit. Soon after a Hagraven shows up. Shoot the Hagraven. Shoot Pelagius again and Fire atronach shows up. Shoot the atronach. Shoot Pelagius once more and a dragon priest shows up. Shoot the dragon Priest. NOTE don't shoot the beings the different tormentors turn into. It might take a few trys, just be quick.
