4) use ghostify karma then return to netherlands .........( this is the one that worked best for me, when all else failed. )

A1: U r wrong :| U r thinking of Goth Manor :| Check the addresses A1! To unlock 411 Legendary Lane, U must capture 24 ghosts ( Cannot be from Graveyards. Only from hauntings in the town at Night ).

You can put their lifespan on epic, but I don't know about unlimited or whatever. But I guess you can, if you turn them into a ghost...( never done it )…

You don't demolish a house all at once. You have to go to build and buy mode then click build. after that, press triangle and it will pop up with a menu on the right side. select sledgehammer and then you'll have to click on what you want to sledgehammer and drag it across the object and press X

You you go to town map click on your house and press X go to replace house and you can chose to buy an empty lot or three others with house but do keep in mind it coast money although if you enable cheat money is not a matter

Yes there is. U can do oppertunities, get a job, Hunt, Dig, Catch & Donate Ghosts & Bugs, or you can mooch money from sims! ( Only if your sim has a Mooch trait ).

Well, for the one on 411 Legendary Lane (Might be wrong adress), just capture (Using a cat with the hunting skill, or a Ghost Zapper created with inventing) 24 spirits. I don't know if they HAVE to be Poltergeists or what-not, but 24 ghosts none-the-less! Note: Cannot be random Graveyard ghosts, nor can they be dead Sims. Must be nightly invasion/haunting ghosts! - Kilojoules

Ok Kilojoules is correct, but that was only for the 411 Lengendary lane house ( Called the Old Gilman Farstead ) Now for the Goth Manor, you have to complete the "Nine lives to live" Mystery. U need a cat to do this mystery. U unlock a portrait of Erza Goth, The goth manor house, & another object

Become best friends with a sim in another Family & when you guys r Best Friends, you will have the option to ask them to move into your household then put the peopl you dont want into the other familys ( the one you r asking ) then they will be Gone! :) * When you accept, they will be removed from the Game :(

For the Goth Manor [ At bottom Right of the Map ] U have to complete the Cat mystery.

Go into town map then click on your house & slect " Copy House " then you can see your saved houses of one house or you can find it in the Main Menu.

Create your family first, then buy a cheap house. Once it is done loading, press start and press the L1, L2, R1,R2 buttons at the top of your controller at the SAME time and a little box will appear, select "I understand, let the cheating begin!" and it will re-save the game for you. Once its saved, your funds will be at the max ($999,999,999) It wont decrease either. Then you can go ahead and buy a nice house, expensive things ect. Worked for me:)

To buy a smoke Detector, you want to go into Build & Buy mode then go to Electronics, then go to the electronic thing at the bottom & search there! ENJOY! :)

You cant! only adults well yes u can scold them just click on them

A1, you did forget something. After you click on them you can only scold them ( If you can because I always use adults ) after they did something bad. (Ex. Going bathroom in the house & not in or on a Litter Box, Scratching Furnature.)
Don't feed it and make it run away, or sell it..... somewhere. I don't have the game yet, but I have the Sims 2 Pets. It's probably not the same though. Sorry if this doesn't help. -Answer by:rainygirl3100
If you're talking about kittens, you can give them away via the cellphone. But for any animal? You can move to a new house and kick them out when it asks which sims and animals you want to leave behind, new house, or kick out.

No you cant :( The only sim game I know that you can move with the joy stick is The Sims 2 Pets for PS2 :(
