Q: When I pressed the shift key and held it down and put the cheats in it diddnt work what do I do?

A1: Zoom right in to street view and right click to clear your selection before you enter the cheat

Q: When u get up to the level with hevely amord cars that seam inposible to destroy how do u destroy and or disable them?

A1: Have you tried the bomb?. I once destroy it with a bomb

Q: How do i bribe a judge or police chief?

A1: Have a gangster with the distract special ablility( the one with the icon of 2 people ), have that gangster selected and click on the place where the person you want to bribe is, if you are able it will have a bribe button normally with a kill button once selected your gangster will go and bribe them
