Who are the snipers, there is a bonus mission in the Bendadict arnold DLC, "Throw five snipers to the their deaths." I have been thrownig the guys on the roof of enough to make a soft landing, but nothing happens?

On my PS3 system in the very begining it won't allow me to lock onto the golden target in the theater. I can activate eagle vision but it won't lock on and won't move on from this scene. What do I do?
