Are you sure it's djose temple?A few days ago I was also searching for the sphere.But later I realized that I am missing the sphere from macalania temple and the besaid temple.If it's missing from the djose temple ........... I can't help it. -Answer by:1718
U have to go to din but not fight him. then they'll let you in
Later on in the game the trator stuff gets resolved and you are alowed to go back into the temples. then you can re-do the trials(exsept in brevell) and get the destruction spheres.
Then you need to go to bevelle temple(where you get bahamut) and talk to a girl(i forgot her name). Then you can go temple without they block u.

You have to get the cloudy mirror then you have to take it to macalania forest. once in macalania forest you will see a man and woman looking for there child. once you find the child you will these big spheres one of them will change the cloudy mirror into the celestial mirror.

Yes. Just kill monsters for AP.

Kill monsters with yuna in the fighting party to get exp. the aeons level up when yuna levels up. Also later in the game spend sertant items and spheres to rais the atributes or teach them skills.

Ive got all the regular aeons tersure from the temples but I kant get in to yojimbos cloyter of trials ant thats the only 1 im missing?

It's not yojimbo's temple it's the zanarkand temple you have to go to the room with the pedistals and find the 3 floor panals that are the 4 peice white squaers. then in the next roo you have to find 4 white squares .(mess up and it will all reset)
There isnt any treasure in yojumbos temple but I know which 1 your missing you know were you fight yunalesca yea umm the cloister of trials before you fight her and there is a treasure ill tell you where it is if you did the big room then in the small room press X near the screen and there will b a new puzzle thing that you step on things and when you beat it the screen will open up and there will be a destruction sphere and put it in the slot in the big screened room and remove the 1 that isnt the kilika shere and put it in there and you will get a treasure
