I think it doesnt get fixed only if theres a certain mission you need to pass to fix it.
It gets fixed after you beat a certain mission and if you dont want to domissions do the dodo cheat and fly accross im on the second island because im doing missions you should do them they are fun
When you finish all of the missions the bridge will get fixed
Do certain missions to unlock the bridges
I know a cheat where you can unlock all 3 islands. go into a subway station with a swat van or an ambulance go to the city that you want 2 go to.then go up the stairs with your ambulance or swat van then there will be a fence gaurdind the exit to the island so get out of your ambulance or swat van(make sure you r sill 3 quarters up the stairs)jump onto the front of your car then onto the higer part then jump throuhg the roof. now you r on top of the station then go to the top of it and jump off to your left.NOW U R ON THE ISLAND:)

I was wondering the same thing I tried the LB and RB buttons for White & Black but I cant seem to get the Cheats working. Also I input them really fast but they still wont work.
What are the buttons to use for white and black on 360?

I just used a rocket lancher

First go to 8 ball and take him to the marker on the map. you should have a sniper rifle with 30 shots in it when you get there dont follow 8 ball.,goto the pink marker. to get to the pink marker take the stairs and go to the marker when you get there nothing will happen. but you need to take out all the guys quick! dont wate for 8 ball to get up there just take them out . then 8 ball will blow the place up .
All you got 2 do is not crash the car AT aNy time and take it to 8 balls place...
I used the rocket launcher and just blew them all up lol
Take the sniper rifle and start with the guys at the trucks then work your way back.

There is a red dot for a good place to shoot from go on that roof then take out your gun and hold l,y]then x then you just kill them
