Invite the friend that you want to move in with over. Then talk to them and make sure your sim is in a good mood(3 bars or more) then click on them to open the screen (talk, hug,kiss,insult...)and it should say "ask to move in" or just "move in" choose that and you should move in with that person.
When your baby starts to cry feed it then sing it to sleep it wont entirely speed up growing but it will at least stop crying

Llamas catch fire easily.
Well, if you dont know how to cook, and go go to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner the stove will catch on fire, and if you dont call the fire bregade or if you dont extinquish it, and run out side it will spread and burn everything
It also helps if you do not have any fire alarm and if you are tying to kill some one you should trap them with a oven or fire place and make it catch on fire make sure they can't get out

Go to the cheat menu on the main menu [L+R].type in MIDAS it will unlock everything.then type in FREEALL it will make every thing free. then destroy the whole place rebuild it with the other stuff.
