Raikou and Entei are found in random place and I previously found it in goldenrod and others but there's no specific place.

I am pretty sure that they only appear at random but I found both within a half hour below blackthorn. I bought a max repel, went south, hopped the fence on the right side, and walked right to left for about 60 secs and I found entei. I walked around for a awhile after that and couldn't find raiku so I flew to goldenrod and flew back to vlackthor and found him there. I worked for me but I don't know if its accurate. hope I helped.

For ho-oh
U use rainbow wing to catch Ho-Oh in Tin Tower > Ecruteak City. I suggest you get him down to red health, paralyse or put him to sleep then use an ultra or great ball. Do not use your master ball on Ho-Oh..

In Kanto on routes 13, 14, and 15, but they are rare I found two in a span of aleast an hour.
Buy 5 or more max repels,go to a route with grass.usea max repel,then walk in the grass for 20 seconds.if it doesn`t appear,go to a different route,a town,a cave,or building.reapeat until it appears. p.s. if repels effect wears off use another immedietlyy. p.p.s. repel attracts them so use your money on repels,super repels,and maxrepels
Go to the city near physic gym and steel use a bug and a normal pokemon that will attract raikou stay there 5-15 min I did it 6 times it worked and also catch entei at kanto near celadon grass area use poison and water type there that will attract it also dont forgot use weak pokemon that will attract it better
The others are correct, but if you have already seen these pokemon in the wild but they got away, you can track them by going to their pokedex entry and clicking the option 'area.' It will say Raikou/Entei's Nest at the top and there location will be shown as a blinking black icon. Don't fly to the closest town because they will move, and riding your bike increases the chance that they will move to another area (walking's best). Good luck! (:
The others are right, but also make sure to have a pokemon that knows the move mean look because the legendary dogs will run away and you'll have to find them all over again. ):

Hey just go to radio tower.........defeat all the rookies . then one of them will say that the manager is in the underground.............dont forget to get the basement key...............go to basement in the underground....u will find three rookies defeat them.........there there three switches.....switch1, swittch 2, switch3,. then just on the switches in the order 3,2,1. the gates will open .proceede as usual defeat the rookies and you save the day..........i hope you got wat you needed

I dont know how to without a GameShark but ive heard that when you get all 16 badges and fill your Pokedex up to 250 you go to Prof. Oak and he gives it to you.

U don't need a pokeflute.All you need is to talk to the director in the radio station in kanto after you get the missing part to the power plant.He will be gratefull and give you a card that lets you tune in to the pokemon poke flute.Then you go to the snorlax and play the poke flute in front of him and press [a ]and whala.It works 100% of the time

You Can't Clone In POKMON CRYSTAL!
You can clone pokemon on this game. I traded a mewtwo from my pokmon blue game and now I have 36 of them
Ahem,,,, just deposit all your pokemons exept the one you want to clone.. then change box, when it's saving, turn off your gameboy.. after you turn on, you'll get 2 pokemons alike!
Careful that ruins some games its safer to clone on Gold/Silver

Go back to the power plant and talk to the manager, he will give you something, and then go to the radio tower in Lavender town and talk to the manager there, he will give you an EXP card for your radio, once you do that go to the snorlax blocking the path and play the poke flute music that comes out of your radio by setting it on the station and then exiting you pokegear and pressing A right next to snorlax, im pretty sure thats the order of events

No, crystal does not even work in the DSLite AT ALL.

You need to treat it with care by making it a haircut,giving it carbos,or something else and always making it win the battles . When it becomes more happy eevee evolves into umbreon at a certain level at night time

Rare? Ur on ice man.. go into that cave on victory road (the one just before elite four). U battle them like every single battle
At day on victoria road(you can also get a rhydon LVL35)
Just look on the 2nd floor they most commonly appear there / try this while training a seal I evolved mine & used it to beat the 1st elite 4 without taking any damage
