Rare? Ur on ice man.. go into that cave on victory road (the one just before elite four). U battle them like every single battle

Just look on the 2nd floor they most commonly appear there / try this while training a seal I evolved mine & used it to beat the 1st elite 4 without taking any damage

You gotta go a little upper left of a girl leaning on a rock.You go through stairs go down a watefall and lugia will be in a cave.(take tons of ultraballs and a dark or electric pokemon).
Go to the very top right island and go to the ridge on the [top] right and go up to the sub-cave entrance. Go in and go into the water. Surf to the far side, there will be a lighter platform. Go on that and enter the cave. Surf out to the odd thing floating in the water. Save, just in case you faint the Lugia, so you can shut it off and turn it back on (without saving) and try again.

After you beat the odd tree blocking the road,go to the place where the tree stood and turn right and when you see a man with a big tummy, go and talk to him and he will give you a rock smash TM!

You get it from the guy after you beat the tree and you cant buy it idiot so be warned dont teach it to togipie he'll forget it when you save it and you only get it onceno presure and remember have fun with it

You have to get all three legendary dogs and go back to the Tin Tower and go to the old man in the back and he will give you the rainbow feather. If that don't work go to the radio tower In Goldenrod city. and talk to the man you saved.
I got my Rainbow Wing by catching Ho'oh on top of the tin towers.
To get on top of them you have to beat a maze that I think is 10 lvls high.
Ho'oh is lvl 70 so have atleast 2 lvl 65 pokemon if you can and Ho'oh can recover 1/3 hp every time it uses the move making it very hard to defeat.

Go to Lavender town then go into the radio tower talk to the guy on his cell phone after you save him from team rocket he will give you radio card.

Not sure.. pikachu's are really rare on yellow version and you can only get them when you start the game. What im saying is, "You start with a pikachu following you". Otherwise, its REALLY hard to get them

The starter pikachu is the only pikachu in existance that will follow you.
Hopefully you did'nt knock them out by draining all of their HP to zero if so you will have to start the game from scratch or find a friend that is willing to trade
If you didnt kill them you have to catch suicune first battle he never appears againor its very rare that it happens,Raikou and entei randomly appeaer folow them with pokedex if you did kill them trade a freind duplicate em and give em back to yer freindand everyones happy

Yea acctually I cloned my lvl 100 dragonite and put it in the pc. wen I took it out and battled some one, the dragonites name was ?dragonlsjadhfjs and its helth was infinite! then I cloned the missingno, and I now have 2! -Answer by:pokefan70

You don't need a flute, the pokemon flute is a radio station on your poke'gear radio.
But to play the Kanto radio broadcasts, you need to get the Expn. card. To get the Expn. card you must save the power plant and go to the Kanto radio Tower and talk to a man. He will give you the Expn. crad.

First you have to get past the Snorlax in Vermillion then you take the cave that he was blocking

After beating the elite 4 surf from New Bark Town to the Kanto Region and go to Verimilion City then go up and you will be in Pewter City.

After you beat sudowoodo got to the right of where you faught him and the fat guy will give it to you

Lol haha his blastoise is crap. get a tyranitar and beat him with that.. tyranitar is one of the strongest pokemon in game
He has a lvl 81 pikachu lvl 77 charizard lvl 77 blastoise lvl 77 venisor lvl 73 espeon and lvl 75 snorlax (snorlax is probly the toughest although its the seccond lowest level espeons pretty hard to so dont underestimate them your lowest lvl pokemon should atleast be lvl 68-75 and your highest should be around 77-81

U got to solve the problem at the power plant but the missing piece is at the cerulean gym at the small area of water so after you done that go to lavender town and go to the tallest building thier and talk to a guy thats black nd blue
